Chrystia Freeland wins world’s best diplomat award — But it gets even better...

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

So Chrystia Freeland, Canada’s foreign minister, won an award for being the world’s top diplomat yesterday. I’m not even kidding.

Like Obama’s Nobel Prize, this wasn’t a recognition of achievement. It was a bestowing of political agreement by the group that gave the prize. So: it was just a way of saying, we don’t like Donald Trump, we like Trudeau, the anti-Trump.

Being given this award is a dangerous sign, if you’re trying to actually, you know, get a deal with Trump. But maybe Trudeau and Freeland don’t actually want a deal. I’m starting to suspect that.

TONIGHT I'll show you some of Freeland’s acceptance speech itself.

Let's just say she sounds confused. And then she gets... weird...

"And within the club of wealthy Western democracies, we’re seeing homegrown anti-democratic movements on the rise. Whether comprising neo-Nazis, white supremacists, “incels,” nativists or radical anti-globalists, such movements seek to undermine democracy from within."

Really? Are neo-Nazis a political or economic or diplomatic force anywhere in the world, anywhere at all? White supremacists? There are some, sure. But do they run a country, run an economy, run a military, run a foreign affairs department?

And incels — a word none of us heard until a month or two ago, when some guy drove a truck down a Toronto sidewalk, killing people, and he allegedly made a Facebook comment about being an "involuntary celibate." In other words, someone who can’t get a date.

She then indulges in some vague paranoia about Russia hacking elections, and muses about "angry populism," and of course took some digs at Trump and trade talks.

There’s too much kookiness in this speech to show you it all.

But here's the truth:

Chrystia Freeland is not the world’s best diplomat. She’s an affirmative action quota hire — Trudeau said so himself. Most of the time that doesn’t matter.

But this is the woman who is personally leading our NAFTA discussions...

NEXT: Employment lawyer Howard Levitt joins me to talk about Lindsay Shepherd's $3.6 million lawsuit against Laurier University. You can read the entire filing, below.

THEN: John Carpay of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms comes on to talk about another lawsuit, against an Ottawa library that refused to host a screening of a film about the current situation in Europe.

The Lieberals are idiots and I predicted as much on election night 2015. Turdo, Freeland and Finance Billy will ruin this country. Turdo’s performance on the NAFTA file has been a disaster. Good luck canuckistanis on pulling this one out of the fire.

K Martinson, how is she qualified? Please be specific.
What trade deals has she negotiated exactly?

- My first reaction to hearing Chrystia Freeland won “world’s best diplomat award”, my reaction was “HAAAHAAAAHAAAAHAAAAHAAAAHAAA what a joke. How much money is wasted on these worthless awards?” Globalism makes government & their cronies rich, it bleeds everyone else dry. She got this award for being a good little globalist socialist. Team Trump makes a deal to denuclearize North Korea, Freeland cries & signs her emails with hugs. Trump policy has given the US record low unemployment across the board, Trudeau policy has given Canada record debt & scared away private investment. Freeland is an idiot in a cabinet full of idiots led by a supreme idiot.

- I’m currently reading The Gulag Archipelago by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. Take the professors grilling Lindsay Shepherd & give them real power over peoples lives & you have the exact type of people who rounded up, tortured & murdered tens of millions in the Soviet Union. Ideologues need to be stopped before they get the kind of power they crave. Good for Lindsey for suing Laurier University.

- Leftists have become so extreme that they can’t justify their position reasonably anymore. That’s why they deplatform others. Mass migration is destroying Europe. This is obvious. It’s impossible to deny that so instead you get charges of racism (because you always get charges of racism) & Islamophobia. You get mindless chants, threats & political pressure. I donate to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms from time to time & it looks like I’ll be doing so again.

Ms. Freeland has a Master of Studies degree in Slavonic Studies and worked as a journalist. She is qualified to negotiate trade.

Power went out yesterday so I got out my wind up radio and tuned into a local station for any updates. They were in the middle of a discussion involving the G7 meeting and Donald Trump. They were actively pumping up Socks Boy Mr. Dressup Eyebrowgate and demonizing Trump over the G7 and North Korea.
Such odious lies! A good example of the state of Canadian Media if there ever was one! Reminds me of why I avoid the fake stream media as much as I do!

Funny how they never went off on China when they walked away , but now China knows the Liberals are desperate for a deal . Not good for Canada . Just postpone it till we have a real leader IN 2019 not MR . LOOK AT MY SOCKS .

Best butter tarts at the county fair is more prestigious than the award given to this twit.

The liberals can always tell which way the wind is blowing, and adjust there lies accordingly. And the MSM covers it all up. Junior is the laughing stock of the world and so are his Marxist minions. They are working overtime trying to shut down the voices of reason. Doug Ford won the populist vote and they are going to work overtime on their smear campaign. I’m sure from watching what they did to his brother Rob, that he will govern to expose these criminal bullies. We certainly need someone on our side in Canada, because all the federal and most provincial and municipal governments appear to be against democracy and freedom.

Lefties like to give each other meaningless, unearned titles and awards.

The whole problem with the Z Team in the NAFTA negotiations has been that, right from the start, they have spent all of their time “standing with Mexico” instead of standing with our friend and ally the United States.
At least now Doug Ford has arrived on the scene. It was good to hear the voice of reason yesterday as he spoke out about NAFTA. Can you imagine, someone who has actually run a business in Chicago being involved in the NAFTA negotiations? Bring on the A Team.

Trade relations with the USA, our number one trading partner have now been damaged. Another win for the Trudeau Government as they continue to shovel dirt into the grave of Canada. If I were Trump, I would make sure that Canada has the opportunity to welcome many more illegals at the border. They like Trump are going to collectively put us in the poor house. I imagine Trudeau won’t be totally happy until such time as the lights go out and we look more like North Korea than North Korea. It seems Trudeau’s plan of taking us back to the old days is really working out, I don’t think I’m going to be too happy living in The Stone Age.

With Trotskyite ultraleft antifa fascists violently attacking free speech and conservative rallies across North America, and Liberal PM Justin Trudeau openly stating that he admires dictatorship as a form of government, Chrystia Freeland thinks the threat to democracy comes from the right? She isn’t confused, she’s delusional.

That lawsuit amount is way too much.

G1> G2+G3+G4+G5+G6+G7
Hopefully this posts the way I meant it, in my previous post it posted funny.
Just to clarify: G1 is greater than the total of G2 to G7.

Freeland, Monsef, KcKenna, Butts, and the head ass of all Trudeau.
Is it any wonder that our Canada is headed for the proverbial toilet.
My God what did we do to deserve these idiots that call themselves ‘Diplomats’.

G1 > G2+G3+G4+G5+G6+G7
At the end of the G7, Trudeau, could have and should have said that while we may have some differences, the U.S. is our friend and we will work them out. Then he should have gone on to say that the he, Canada and the whole group supports Trump and wishes him great success in his very important talks with the North Korean leader.

Ezra, I am glad that you gave a warning of showing clips of Freeland’s speech. I hesitated, then watched it. Had to clean up the mess on my iPad.

Freeland has no accomplishments as a diplomat and is underqualified for this position.

Has it ever crossed the minds of this traitors’ gov’t that the US may also ditch their essential help in intelligence surveillance and security? Next time, a liberal democracy lover, like the extremist friends of Justin, wants to blow up something or someone, maybe the US will think twice before giving us a heads up.
