Sexism isn't a problem in Canada — but it's Trudeau's number one issue

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

How is it for women in Canada?

That’s a silly question, isn’t it? I mean, things are fine. Better than fine. They’re completely normal.

Actually there is one subculture in Canada, namely political Islam, that doesn’t believe in equality of women. And bizarrely, women politicians like Kathleen Wynne and Rachel Notley submit to their misogyny: wearing hijabs, sitting in the back row of mosques like second-class citizens. And Justin Trudeau, the feminist in chief, himself thinks it’s normal for women to be corralled away from him and the men when he visits those same mosques.

Which brings me back to the Trudeau Liberals' new feminist budget. As we've already reported, that’s its chief focus. Not trade, not taxes, not jobs, not even global warming, though that’s a close second.

The word “gender” is in the budget 358 times.

And the whole budget document is 369 pages.

But instead of remarking how quirky that is, especially when juxtaposed with Trudeau’s constant man-handling of women, let’s take it at face value for a moment:

Does Canada really have a problem with women not being able to work? Do we really need the affirmative action and massive government spending that pack the budget? Do we really need to subject pipelines to gender analysis?

Tonight I'll show you statistics about some of the most prestigious and highly-paid professions in Canada, to show you how female-friendly they already are.

In fact, we’re so female-friendly as a country, I’m worried we’re starting to be male-unfriendly.

If Trudeau really wants to be a feminist, they could actually use his help in a couple of other countries: The women in Iran, for example, and the Arab women who were liberated from ISIS, pulling off their niqabs and rejoicing.

Trudeau has been silent in both cases.

So, yeah, I’m not too interested in what feminist Justin Trudeau has to say about women.

And the more he talks about them, the more I wonder:

What is he trying to NOT talk about, instead...?

NEXT: I talk about Trudeau's budget, the NAFTA talks, Trump's looming tariffs and more with Lorne Gunter, Senior Columnist for the Edmonton Sun.

Ted Tadright the ones who voted for and support Justin deserve what is coming.

To Rebel readers: My last comment was addressing women who voted for Trudeau and the Liberals.

I inadvertently left the last paragraph in my previous comment unfinished, the gist of which was this:

Girls and women will soon be unable to live freely and safely in any Canadian city, thanks to your ‘feminist’ hero Trudeau. If you don’t believe this, I suggest you watch some Youtube videos of life in Sweden today.

To which I will add:

Because of our phony ‘feminist’ Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, who places multicultural preening and vote-getting above safety and equality for women in Canada, both girls and women, including women who voted for Trudeau and the Liberals, will soon feel unsafe, and be unsafe anywhere in Canada. What happened in the Edmonton swimming pool is only the beginning of the horrors Trudeau has brought to this country. If you thought Trudeau was on your side, think again. He is on the side of the female-hating cultures.

Lorne Gunter said," I have two kids just finishing Post Secondary Education"
They can’t be too good at it as they would be 40 or 50 years old if he had them at 20 or 25.

Ezra, Gunter and your analysis about women being able to get educations and jobs anywhere is correct, however you are incorrect when you both loudly agree that MORE WOMEN’S PARTICIPATION IN THE WORKPLACE doesn’t make much difference in the GDP as the Trudeau people say it does.
I ran a large office for years and hired many married women whose kids started to go to school or finished school and left home. In the mid-80’s BC had a excellent 3 month program which trained women to get back in the workforce.
Here is what I learned:
A married woman’s pay check is quite different than a man’s in that it is DISPOSABLE, which of course means it can be used to buy extras, unlike the man’s check which is almost spent before he receives it. Usually the mortgage and car payment are taken out of the man’s check. Many times the woman paid the phone and internet bill.
The women coming back to work happened thousands of times over, in the City where I was just outside of Vancouver. Before this change in thinking the Malls were open late only on Fridays. Now there was a big demand from working women and the malls were open late almost very night of the week. This led to the need of even more women to work in the Malls and other stores as all businesses wanted some of those disposable dollars which women were great at spending.
I remember the women’s favorite saying, “my husbands money is our money, and my money is my money.”
Everyone won as the husbands didi’t mind watching the kids as long as they didn’t have to go shopping at the Mall. That’s how these cities grew so fast, women’s disposable dollars.

No true…“mom’s home cookin”….“one of the girls”…feminists would ever take ANY man’ s assertion that he/she/it/zher/whatever is a feminist seriously…or…no matter how sincere….without a grain of salt…

No matter how many times he may say it…when all is said and done it is a performance evaluation…and NOBODY gets to write or sign off on their own performance evaluation….

J-ROC of Trailer Park Boys fame just keeps on asserting he’s…

What self-proclaimed ‘feminist’ Trudeau is “trying not to talk about instead” is the cynical reasons ((a) votes for Liberals, his government in particular; (b) the ability to claim multicultural moral superiority) that explain his love for all the female-hating cultures of the world, which he is intent on importing en mass into Canada.

If women in Canada want everything they have worked for in terms of equality to stand, they will have to vote Trudeau and the Liberals out of office in the next election; otherwise, they will be retro’d by a millennium within the next twenty years, as the women-hating cultures JT is bringing into Canada gradually take over.

Women of the left, wake up! Your hypocrite hero is throwing you under the bus so he can preen his multicultural feathers in public and garner future votes of immigrants whose culture will subjugate you before long.

Bravo…and the same to you …nailed it.
There is no more noble job than being a mother, and no more important a job for the survival of a civilization.
With that said, as a father and grand father to many females, they are free to do what they want with their lives and they know they have our full support no matter what.

My mother worked in an office in the 70’s. My father didn’t like it, but all the kids were in high school and college at that point, so its not like we missed out. She hadn’t worked since war time in the 40’s and still got back into the work force. Since then we have come so far, that what Justin is trying to push just seems like a joke. It is a war already won. All anyone has to do is look around. Most of the unemployed women I see who are actually work force challenged are single moms on welfare. Who’s fault is that?

Lorne Gunter makes a good point when asks who is filling those jobs now? Will all those jobs just materialize for this ‘new’ under utilized work force or what?
I loved his comment about Justin having a ‘tickle trunk’ full of costumes. I wonder if Justin has a Casey and Finnegan sock puppet as his special friends as well.

The fact that Justin scrapped the Child Tax Benefit is very telling indeed. I wonder if they fear that the pendulum will swing back and traditional women and mothers will be in fashion again. It is bound to happen (too late for Islam) but better late than never.
Tight two parent traditional nuclear families have been out of fashion for long enough. Time to heal our broken society.

Trudope is going to try to take credit for women being in the majority of jobs in Canada because of his gender equality trip he is on.

Ezra: You are right on, as usual.

If the Conservative party was smart, they’d get a laugh track and every time Trudeau opens his mouth from now until the election, they’d play the laugh track……cause he sure is a joke.

The jobs women used to get are gone now due to technology. eg. secretaries, clerks, receptionists, etc.
Idiot Trudeau is making up a false sense of security for women. He wants women to NOT want to stay at home, therefore, have abortions and eliminate babies. More control over women, less maternity leave, less child care/health, etc..
A George Soros mentality.

Donald Trump is preparing the next PM of Canada to step forward now and start working with him. Trudeau doesn’t know how to do that.

The Liberals are just projecting their own sexism. They see women as helpless and incapable of being a success on their own merit.
They are scared to death of strong women.

Merkle. That Merkle briefly tells the truth just before each election exposes a cynicism that’s down right frightening and twisted.

Spreading the truth about ISIS. Lefty’s are Communists, and they persecute truth tellers as “dissidents”, whether they’re in China or a western country.

… Does no one in the liberal party have any sense of personal space? Justin’s long lingering nauseating hugs really make me wonder. It just isn’t normal for a grown man to act that way. Especially in public and especially when he is supposed to be leader of the country. What is wrong with those women, are the females in his cabinet his harem or does he over compensate with women for some other reason? How much soy milk does he drink? He gives me the creepy crawlies.

We have to make fun of them, the more ridiculous and unable to accept any objective reality the more we have to do it. Its why Climate Barbie has earned her nick name. If we didn’t laugh, we would be crying all the time.

White males – an endangered species.

A woman’s most important job is to have kids.

The male’s most important job is to help raise and support them.

Killing the family is the name of the game.

Without this happening, the end of the line is the person you see in the mirror every morning.

Spreading islam is the ultimate goal.

And the voters support this.

See the POS get re-elected. Pretty much guaranteed.

LOL!!! So, women should be out of the house huh? And get someone to babysit the kids while they’r eat work? You mean like a female person? So it’s ok for some other female to raise your kids in your home, but not ok for the mother to raise her kids in her own home – is that right? LOL! Why don’t the babysitters just become doctors instead and then it’s even – no?

- Sexism is a huge problem in the Liberal government. Cabinet members were chosen specifically to fill Trudeau’s gender quota. That’s sexist. Leftism is a mental disorder. The far left now protests reality. When the women’s movement embraced Islam they made it official that they only use women’s rights for political purposes. They don’t actually care about them.

- It sounds like out substitute drama teacher Prime Minister was having trouble with his lines. The Liberals want to focus on the fake problem of sexism in Canada because they’re incapable of handling real problems. They are a collection of crooks & activists led by a pale imitation of Peter Pan.

- Merkel is pretending to talk tough because she is getting closer & closed to losing power. She is not to be trusted. The EU is the greatest enemy of Europe, they’re just using the mass Muslim migration as a tool to destroy it.

As soon as I hear a man say that he’s a feminist, I get away from him as fast as I can. Real women want real men, not men that are confused about their gender and what their role is in society.
We have a sissy for a PM who hasn’t a clue what real men do, so he has to project and distort everything through his feminist looking glass. The goal is to destroy the family, and junior thinks he’s going to tell women they have to take roles that they don’t want because he says so. I’m looking forward to the backlash from real women, the ones who want to be mothers, not statistics in junior’s confused world.

Really one only has to read a little history to see the women of Canada and around the world went into the work force during the 2 wars. They built airplanes ,tanks, ammunition and ran most of the factories. And they have been entering the labour force ever since. No need for a feminist budget.

Trudeau doesn’t understand much, he has a massive cerebral deficit! Trudeau’s brand of feminism is highly insulting and not based in reality.
Great interview with Lorne Gunter.

Not sure when this will hit the media, but, be prepared for some very shocking news about members of the LPC going back decades. Current Trudeau also implicated.

I always enjoy hearing from Robert Spencer.
