Yesterday a Muslim migrant drove his truck down a bike lane in New York City, deliberately killing eight people, and injuring another 13. Police say he was shouting “Allah Akbar” when he did it.
Why would an Uzbekistan migrant be brought to the U.S. in the first place?
As President Trump tweeted yesterday:
"The terrorist came into our country through what is called the ‘Diversity Visa Lottery Program,’ a Chuck Schumer beauty. I want merit based.”
So a Muslim terrorist literally won the lottery — and 21 people in New York lost the lottery, didn’t they, murdered or wounded. Is citizenship so worthless that you literally give it away randomly — to the losers who failed to meet the standards on their own merits?
It’s pretty much exactly Justin Trudeau’s policy:
You have a better chance of being granted “refugee" status to Canada if you walk up from the U.S., and cross illegally, than you do if you apply normally.
Speaking of Canada, and migrants who just come up from the U.S., Abdulahi Hasan Sharif still hasn’t been charged with terrorism. Last month, in Edmonton, he drove into a policeman on the road. Then he jumped out and stabbed him. Then got into a rented truck and ran over four more people. He had an ISIS flag in his car.
Sharif was a Somali migrant who walked in from the U.S. He was interviewed by police in 2015 after making extremist remarks.
“Diversity immigration” — when “diversity” means people who don’t like the west, can’t fit in, and don’t want to — isn’t diversity immigration going to get a lot of people killed?
NEXT: Oren Litwin from Islamist Watch at the Middle East Forum joins me to talk more about the attack in New York City.
THEN: Andrew McCarthy of National Review and I discuss the the Manifort indictment, and why there's still nothing in these recent charges that's connected with Russia's so-called "interference" in the presidential election.
FINALLY: Your messages about my conversation last night with Tommy Robinson...
