We showed you that Morneau’s assistant, paid for by your tax dollars, keeps forgetting to get taxi receipts.
Which brings us to today’s news:
I’ll show you the cover of the 2017 federal budget.
Do you know how much Morneau spent — of your money — designing that cover? It’s just some photographs, and some squiggles.
Except Morneau’s ministry didn’t just buy generic stock photos. Instead, they had models pose for them, like they were editing Vogue magazine. Because the Trudeau Liberals are shallow, they’re about selfies and celebrity.
So what do you think they spent?
$212,234. For a cover that could have just had “BUDGET 2017” on a plain white background.
But there’s more: The CBC reports that, “Finance Minister Bill Morneau waited two years to disclose company that owns French villa to ethics watchdog.”
Hey, how would the Canada Revenue Agency react if you just “forgot” to tell them about a valuable asset...?
NEXT: From Omar Khadr to the Mississauga teen plotting an ISIS attack in New York, Canada's liberal elites haven't met an Islamic terrorist they can't make excuses for.
Candice Malcolm joins me tonight to talk about her latest column, about how ordinary citizens are lectured that we need to "love" these traitors.
THEN: We spoke to her last month, and now international law attorney Jennifer Breedon is back from Kurdistan, with an eye-opening report on what's really going on there in terms of the independence movement and Iraq's military response.
Among other things, she says Iran is setting up schools to train extremists to "crush" Baghdad's remaining Christians.
Jennifer will be working with us on an upcoming project about the region, so watch for that...
FINALLY: Your messages to me!
