Failing “Maclean’s” backs columnist’s plan to start new “conservative” party

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Last week, I told you about Scott Gilmore's campaign to start a new Canadian conservative party. Isn't it weird that Gilmore gets to write about federal politics in a national magazine, when his wife is a Liberal cabinet minister...?

I stopped reading MacLean’s magazine years ago because all it was was a regurgitation of news stories from the previous week. Some stories were rewritten with the same contents while others were total copies straight from the news wires. If you read the news every day and read more than one paper/website you’ll probably cover over 90% of what MacLeans would discuss. But if you’re someone who forms an opinion based on a 15 second soundbite or one article then MacLeans is for you.
In my humble opinion :

Waste of time , waste of money

Bill Elder,

What you said means absolutely nothing.

Alexa ranks websites per traffic and popularity. End of story.

So regardless if Macleans is dying – the current numbers for the dying Macleans is still good enough to slaughter The Rebel.

Yes Jack but liars use numbers – Alexa chats show the rebel in steady double digit growth as they show Maclean’s in a near death slump, a partial recovery and now a steady decline – they are dying, Rebel is rising – so the Liberals injected it with some bailout capital, which did little for its decline.

More telling in the Alexa stats is the rebel has a higher number of educated viewers than Maclean’s

Also very telling is Maclean’s getting a 1.5 mil handout from the selfie regime this sycophant scribbler Gilmore’s wife works for – The rebel is not a government welfare client, Macleans is. Only a loser sells out their integrity for government largess.

From Alexa:

The Rebel – 1,738

Macleans – 674

The numbers don’t lie. Macleans is killing The Rebel when it comes to website traffic and popularity.

Just another globalist ploy to divide a united opposition because Trudeau’s selfie-crats are so electorally vulnerable – please ignore the little man behind the curtain (Soros) pulling Gilmore’s levers.

I wish Maclean’s a speedy and absolutely complete death.
It has been, on and off, but especially lately an evil and mendacious left wing liberal neo-Marxist hate rag.
May it die the complete and ugly and horrific death it deserves……along with the egregiously immoral and intellectually dishonest CBC.

A Liberal by any other name is still a Liberal! Scott Gilmore is not a Conservative even though he, for some reason insists on calling himself a Conservative.

Who would vote for this Idiot ? Him and his dumb wife should take a long walk on a short pier .

This is a rather obvious ploy to assist Trulydumb in another victory, what a suck up Gilmore is for the libs. Peter, how do you explain the Bloc in Quebec? They only have ridings in their province, yet sit in the house of commons.

Something is wrong with the site, can’t scroll the page.

What they want is a return to the Joe Who progressive conservatives. In fact a submissive echo chamber instead of a real opposition. Back to the future of the 70’s-80’s. They can’t get it today so they want to suppress debate in parliament. Bad press prevailing, create a cancuckservative party to backstop comrade justine.

In a way in might be good in that he might pull some of the CINOs out of the federal Conservative party.

Doesn’t a new party need to have a representative is all ridings in Canada?

Another fake neo-conservative that wants to dilute the conservative vote, to keep the surfer boy as PM for the rest of his life. we are doomed. Amen

Nothing but complete and utter BS, seems that’s all libs are good at.
