The family of Ahmed Mohamed, the Muslim boy who brought a “clock” that looked more like a bomb from the TV show 24 is suing school officials, saying they violated the 14-year-old boy's civil rights.
Last September, Mohamed was arrested in Dallas high school and charged with having a hoax bomb, which he brought to school to show his teacher.
While the charge was dropped, his suspension remained.
