Feminists get bees in their bonnets over “Sexy Handmaid's Tale” Halloween costume

Amanda HeadRebel Contributor

Getting mad over cultural appropriation at Halloween can’t be enough anymore.

We have to add more reasons for outrage, so now people are angry about a “sexy Handmaid's Tale” costume.

These are probably the same people who think A Handmaid’s Tale is an allegory for the U.S., not Iran.

So, would wearing a burka with a plastic AK-47 be acceptable?
After all, there is a burka wearing Iranian police unit which is armed with AK-47s. Imitation is (supposedly) the greatest compliment.

This costume would be appropriate for both men and women, boys and girls. Who the heck would know what you are under that hooded black table cloth.

Yeah; it’s always a bitch when what goes around comes around…. Margaret Atwood’s blatantly anti Christian novel, so beloved of anti Christians for generations now, is fair game for parody and bite-back… Or isn’t that what Hollywood has felt free to indulge in for generations???

Maga asked, “Why must our lives be brought down to their level of misery?”

Misery loves company.

Why can’t these sad bitter people just stay home and let the rest of us live our life? Why must our lives be brought down to their level of misery?

Absolutely. That is what they live for. “Inside every leftist is tyrant screaming to get out”.

Can’t say I find it sexy. Still looks like a shower curtain.
