I experienced déjà vu all over again recently when a male feminist with lip piercings roundhouse kicked a young woman at a pro-life demonstration staged by Campaign Life Coalition in Toronto. It brought to mind the time our own Sheila Gunn Reid was assaulted at an Edmonton Women’s March by Dion Bews.
Like all good feminists, Hunt is pro-abortion, but after video of his roundhouse kick that connected with the shoulder of CLC’s Youth Coordinator, Marie-Claire Bissonnette, went viral, he rightfully began experiencing the wrath of social media.
I contacted Bissonnette, who is thankfully OK, and though she didn’t want to appear on camera, she did say she plans to press charges.
Many have reached out to Bissonnette - except anyone connected with the feminist movement. Isn’t that odd?
Apparently, a woman who is not pro-abortion or a woman who is conservative, is simply not worthy of their support.
By their silence, today’s so-called feminists stand with the likes of Jordan Hunt and Dion Bews.
