Last week I told you about Sophie Trudeau’s new role with Parks Canada. It's a ceremonial position but like everything with the Trudeau family, it came with a lot of promotion and hype by the government, cabinet, and even the PMO.
Last Friday they rolled out another phase for Sophie’s new role, officially Park’s Canada Honorary Guide for Families, with a news release entitled: Parks Canada will hold a unique Learn-to-Camp event on Parliament Hill.
How much money do you think the government wasted on this event? And how much money and resources are being dumped into this position for Sophie?
We already know based on a previous access to information packet that the staff in McKenna’s office and the PMO were pushing for this position. And wouldn’t it seem more authentic if we actually believed Sophie Trudeau is into camping?
