Remember when Environment Minister Shannon Phillips went on CBC radio in Edmonton to defend her carbon tax? To his credit, the host asked her how she got to the studio that day.
It was a simple question that provided a revealing answer that left me wondering because the NDP are always telling us to make better choices about our commutes.
So what about Shannon Phillips’ commute?
Watch as I show you what I found when I filed an FOI request for her automobile expenses so I could look into what sorts of “better choices” she makes in her lifestyle and daily commute.
And boy, is she ever not making the choices she expects Albertans to make.
Apparently, I need to make better choices like drive a smaller car, leave shampoo in my hair thanks to a junky shower head and pay a carbon tax so our NDP overlords don’t have to make any hard choices at all.
