Former TransCanada CEO: Trans Mountain Pipeline requires $10B Taxpayer-Backed Indemnity

According to a report by Spencer Fernando, former TransCanada CEO Hal Kvisle has concluded that Trudeau's lack of leadership during the debate over Kinder Morgan's Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion means nothing will get built without Venezuelan style nationalization.

The pipeline expansion has already been approved. Why should Canadian taxpayers be on the hook for a project that shouldn't require any of their money?
