Gavin McInnes: Lie detectors don't work

Gavin McInnesArchive

On Friday's show, I spoke with Doug Williams, who served two and a half years in prison for saying lie detectors don't work.

Polygraphs have become a multi-billion dollar industry, so they weren't pleased when Doug exposed their futility on 60 Minutes.

WATCH my video to see why Doug believes it has become a crime to protest the actions of rogue government agencies.

We are definitely in a police state. You aren’t allowed to tell the sheeple that the tool being used to determine lying, is in fact a toy for manipulation. Unbelievable that he went to jail for this. They should go into the prisons and see what’s being taught in there.

What a scam. Glad Doug is out and I hope they leave him alone.

Good segment Gavin, we never see stuff like this in state-controlled media.

I can never quite make up my mind whether political news is epoch-making or black comedy to me. I have only to read the latest headline to feel either a surge of rage or despair, moderated by a brief burst of bitter laughter. Is reality satire, or satire reality? It is difficult to say these days.

Here we have a case of a despotic state silencing those who call attention to fraud or fallibility in it’s systems. Obviously the sate is oppressing this man because the fallibility of an alleged infallible device used to convict millions of people would open those cases again.

- so the reflex of the authoritarian state is not to make right a wrong, or approach justice as fallible, but to repress those who have factual evidence of the leviathan state’s fallibility – a police state can never allow itself to be seen as weak or fallible to those it subjugates. This is why police state Justice is in many cases vengeance with a virtuous wrapper – the state demanding “respect” for such justice is actually demanding fear compliance to tyranny.
