Google sued! Patients allege private data handed over by U of Chicago hospital

While names weren't included, a class action lawsuit filed by former patients at the University of Chicago Medical Center allege that Google was sold enough private data for the development of a health prediction algorithm that the identities of patients can still be discovered.

The lawsuit alleges that information sold by the University to Google included patient visit time stamps, patient diagnoses and demographic information.
