HIGHLIGHTS: Ezra Levant's townhall meetings in Calgary, Edmonton

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On June 10 and 11, 2015, I hosted two townhall meetings in Calgary and Edmonton.

I presented evidence exposing the true nature of the new Alberta NDP government, and its opposition to the oil and gas industry.

More than 800 concerned citizens attended.

Enjoy these highlights -- and you can learn more about the upcoming meeting in Fort McMurray at the AlbertaTownHall.ca site!

You look good up there as an informer and leader of people Ezra. I don’t know if that is ‘journalism’ or not, but it is surely needed in this day and age!
I just hope you’re not considering ‘running for office’. Given the corrupt and corrupting nature of partisan, or politics in general, you would have to suppress what appear to be natural traits…and the world would be a lesser place.

They clearly have no idea Liza!
Half the people looking for a free ride and the other half providing it!

It just seems incomprehensible to me that these socialists think bigger government is a good thing. What that says to me is that they are either lazy or stupid. It makes no sense to me to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. How is a job, NOT the best social program? Tell me. How is introducing alternative energy before it is viable, which the market will spit right back in your face , a smart move? If we believe that the pie is finite and must be divided up, we are lost. When the market engines leave, the infestation of cockroaches and leeches moves in. Jimmy and those like minded clearly have no idea.

Jimmys mom is so fat, when she sits around the house, She sits AROUND the house

No. Jimmy is here to prove that Justin True doodle policy on abortion should have been implemented starting with his mother

Liza, Jimmy Da Silva is not here to engage in intellectual debate, he is just here to insult people and swear.

Hey Brett.

Jimmy D. Tell us what will be better if Justin or Tom get in, be specific.

Yes – a change. Anything, but the fucking conservative party.
commented 2015-06-17 20:26:55 -0400
No jimmy, they wanted a change. 93% of voters for ndp didn’t expect this result
commented 2015-06-17 14:23:57 -0400
The people have spoken – they wanted the NDP.
commented 2015-06-17 10:43:40 -0400
John – are you flat lining on your key board? Or is this your way of plugging your ears and stomping your feet because you can’t handle that Ezra is so popular?

Hello, Alberta, my name is Ezra Levant.
commented 2015-06-17 08:46:10 -0400
Ezra – that was probably the best talk/speech/meeting I have ever seen you lead. Well done indeed.

I note with interest the room was packed. One would only hope no one in that room threw their vote away on the Notley as a protest vote.

Thank you to Ezra and staff for all of your work in organizing the meetings and information provided. Alberta will be forever grateful with someone like you on our side.

As a former Albertan, I remain shocked that the people voted NDP. Thanks Ezra for trumpeting the real Alberta hopes and dreams of previous years. I guess it was time for a major shake-up and this was surely one. Yes it is time to rebuild a conservative base in Alberta again, whether it be the Wild rose, some clone of the former Tories, or whatever. The reform party began a noble campaign yeas ago with Preston Manning. Sadly even he, Preston, began marching to a different drummer. Bring back the good ole days.

That’s me, Rebel blogger Brett Fawcett, with the red jacket and the dulcimer voice!

Kudos to you Ezra, you are a great advocate for the oil industry. Wish I could have been there, but unfortunately, I can not even vote to have Mitchell fired because I live in MB, run by the NDP, but God willing, they will be defeated in the next election, because we have had enough of their endless new programs; tax; deficit; debt increases & wastefulness. So sad for those Albertans who did not vote for the NDP.

Wish I could have been there. If you hold one in Grande Prairie, I’ll be there.

Well, I was waiting for Jesus. But Ezra, thank you, thank you thank you, for your service. And thanks be to God. I’m on TV. (Sort of) You are an exceptional leader. I will follow and serve because as you say, this is important to all of us

Thank goodness you created The Rebel Ezra. The Rebel is the lone conservative voice and disclosure of bogus, blotus goobermint voice in Canada.

Ezra – I couldn’t make it to the meeting in Calgary, but I did send money to your cause. The longer Notely stalls on reviewing royalties, the more employees will be laid off. Alberta is bleeding jobs right now, but you sure don’t hear that being stated in the MSM. She is trying to help out her buddy Tom Mulcair, at the expense of Albertans. It’s shameful, I thought she was ready to lead. It seems she can’t move with out confirming with Tom first. If she can’t do the job, then she should step down now.
commented 2015-06-16 18:03:16 -0400
Good video Ezra. I understand why Albertans through out the Conservatives but I yet to understand how Albertans will keep control of their energy industry and keep the NDP from breaking the province. Time will tell.

Although I am not an Albertan, I just sent my support to the cause Ezra is fighting for. He is the leader the Albertans need to rally around, so they can boot the socialists out of office.

Thank you Ezra for your commitment to the betterment of Canada!
