HIGHLIGHTS: The Rebel's anti-carbon tax rallies in Edmonton, Calgary

Rebel Staff

On April 14 and 15, The Rebel Media hosted two rallies in Edmonton and Calgary. Ezra Levant, Sheila Gunn Reid and other Albertans came together to show their support for Canada's pipelines, and their opposition to the job-killing carbon tax.

Well it was a near perfect day to be part of the REBEL RALLY hosting in Calgary Sunday April 15th. There were some terrific speakers, all speakers easily pointed out the failings of our Premier and the Bombardier guy in Ottawa.

Unfortunately there was just not enough people to create an atmosphere that could not be ignored. When the students of Quebec went on strike they had the nations atttention, large crowds of pot and pan bangers. They persisted with more than petitions, postponing a tuition increase and ending a political parties run of leadership.

Canadians, Albertans, and those who are tired of being held hostage to tax increases, job loss, less acknowledgement than a refugee sneaking across a border, being told we need to subsidize renewable resources so Goverments can get kickback.

For me, I want to be part of such an event, so any person with experience in this quality of organization for a GRAND MARCH lets get it going. 2019 is too far away. Remember 1972, a nation was bonded together Canadians from coast to coast collectively willed Team Canada to win anc they did !!!! Let us win again and get our grit back!

Well done, Rebel. It turned out to be some great rallies. Alberta is annoyed and Horgan/Notley/Trudeau will not get the job done. I think, IMO, that secretly they are working to make sure no more pipelines are ever built. If we don’t pump oil to the BC coast, those ninnies will have to BRING in tankers to fill their need, they don’t seem to get that. Japan has a nuclear plant leaking toxic fluid into the Pacific and they still eat the fish and crabs. We cannot fix stupid and the leaders are deliberately so and BC is unable to assess their options. What a freaking mess.
