INSANE: Americans are so brainwashed, they don't know these easy facts about 9/11

StaffRebel Columnist

Americans actually believe 9/11 took place in 2003. We're not kidding.

MORE: Muslims complain about town's 9/11 memorial, get SHUT DOWN by city manager's epic response

In a new video by Mark Dice, clueless Americans don't know the name of the man who orchestrated the attacks, his organization, and what nationality the terrorists were.

It's actually quite mind-boggling and sad that Sadam Hussein, ISIS and Syrian were just some of the answers given by those interviewed.

SOUND OFF in the comments: who or what do you blame for Americans lacking knowledge about the 9/11 attacks and Osama Bin Laden?

Yup, Steven, dumb ’em down with entertainment. As long as they have case of beer and a TV people will lead themselves to the slaughter.

An old Soviet joke was about an order coming for all people in town to meet at the town square. When everyone was gathered they were informed that the next day they were to meet again at the town square to be hung en masse.

From the middle of the crowd a hand was raised. “I have a question”, one person said, "do we have to bring our own ropes?

That is your average Canadian sheeple. The Soviets won.

If you stay in the US for a few months a year you will find that the news they see is nothing but fluff or inconsequential stories. During the Greek financial meltdown there was no mention of it. During the Crimea invasion it barely raised an eyebrow.

The news lead stories were about basketball players, the professional football team, what celebrities were in town, car accidents, who got shot, who got murdered and not much else. Watching the “international news” consisted of stories about Seattle or California – the other side of the country, If a member of the Royal family burps its big news or if there is something North Korea does, and that is about it for foreign news.

Its a low information society, and a very biased press. Just watch CNN to see what an insular society it is. Right now its as though Clinton is the heir apparent to POTUS, and Trump as the filthy rube irritatingly buzzing around her head. No balance, and this is what they see and hear.

Then again, CTV and Global have become just as bad. eTalk Daily and news have blurred together. That Baby Doc Trudeau was elected just show how low information we, too, have become.

Someone please tell me this is a joke. I cannot believe people do not know or say they don’t remember what happened on Sept 11 2001. But what do I know " I’m at the beach "

OK… Have to admit… I have too often been hooked into replying to “Sean Penson” inanities for the sheer stupidity of them… No more… After “As far as we know, the so-called “terrorist” attacks on September 11th never happened.” I will no longer reply and I hope others will do likewise… Otherwise, I am the foolish fish following each shiny new lure tossed before it…. Penson, you no longer exist in my world of reality…

WOW-“i know reality is scary , but i am at the beach”! Part of the problem right there, you cannot hide from reality at the beach idiot. I truly think that many people believe they are somehow immune and nothing can happen to them.

Hi, Sean, Just a quick note. The World Trade Center is gone. It was hauled away in many truck loads to the dump. I was in NY in the spring and confirmed for myself that it isn’t there any more. Just in case you missed the news that day.

And these well-informed, knowledgeable, intelligent and insightful adults will be voting for the next President of the USA.
Something like the Canadians who voted.

As far as we know, the so-called “terrorist” attacks on September 11th never happened.

We are only told to remember things, such as this, by the governments, and the special interests that are behind Trump, the tea party and Brexit.

Robert Dick commented -“Dumb is the new hip” “Gonna use that one if it’s OK with you.”

Knock yerself out It’s an open source generational putdown.

One proviso – if you Meme it with graphics, I want a picture of “Le Petite Patat” above the slogan ;-)

This is the “Canadian inferiority complex” at its best.

Canada’s economy is oil, government minions and oligopolies – we’re a joke, but because we know the capital of PEI is Charlottetown, we are excellent. Just ask us. We’ll tell you. We’re so fucking smart – smart like a bag of hammers.

Americans don’t give a shit about their past(s) unless it affects their daily lives.

And if you take your “pop quizzes” to northern Ontario or outback Quebec, you’d find a larger level of so called “stupidity” there too.

To me a savage is someone who values passion over reason. Reason is what makes us Human and separates us from the rest of the animal kingdom. To me, a savage is an animalistic human who cannot resist their urges any more than a hungry dog can in the face of a raw pork chop. Savages are the bane of our existence in the free world. Liberal hug-a-thug mentality comes from this.

The left’s love of pedophilia and Radical Islam comes from this. The Left’s inability to confront criminals amongst their number is also because of this. They scream for big government control because deep down they understand that because they value passion over logic, they cannot properly function independently, and despise all those of us on the Right who CAN function without the nanny state! The Right represents every way they are wrong, so we must be attacked totally and completely without remorse. They have no answer for the logical, so we must be destroyed in their feral minds. This kind of savagery is in our media when they lie and omit the real news in favour of a broken agenda. On the entertainment side, They ignore people like the brilliant K-OS, but promote that racist and spoiled bitch Beyonce as one example. The Kardashians are another. We are more amused at their broken personal lives than we are at their entertainment value or social contribution. (if any to begin with. No, the butt implant does not count in my book)

This is the kind of savagery which exists in out education system where teachers and their unions push for tolerance of mediocrity over discipline and merit. To make it worse, they excuse the very real problems such as falling grades, and generations which grow more incompetent, sexist and racist each time. To me, a savage refuses to think for themselves. They are the uncreative, lazy brained bane of our existence which sees movies and video games being remade rather than made from scratch. They are why we cannot invent anything. They are why we must watch what we say at certain times. They are why fun is now offensive. They are a reminder to me of everything the West is losing which once made us great.

To me, savagery has nothing to do with the colour of your skin, but with the contents of your mind and character. It means a whole lot more to me at a level way above common comprehension. Are you a savage?

This is why someone like Justin Trudope can get himself elected. Say a bunch of hip buzzwords and promise to legalize drugs and bam! Most people I know that I see through out the day at work and activities etc are really just walking liberal arts degrees that know absolutely nothing about anything. History and politics is usually a really bad one but science and engineering are usually the worst. Often stuff I consider to be basic concepts that everyone should have a grasp on the masses are clueless on. Its very sad and like I said its how we end up with unintelligible morons that speak in buzzwords running the country.

Brainwashed or braindead? A bit of both I suppose.

Mark Dice does this kind of interviewing all the time; the results are always jaw-dropping. It’s hard to justify letting people like this vote, isn’t it? After all, they are absolutely clueless about even recent history. (You’d cry if you heard them questioned about events that took place before they were born. One video I saw asked current university students in Pennsylvania about WW II and they didn’t even know WHEN WW II has fought – they thought it was three centuries ago – or even what country Hitler led (one student thought he was the President of Amsterdam). A similar video talking to University of Toronto students was equally full of ignorance.)

“Dumb is the new hip”
Bill – could be one of the most concise and succinct ways to describe modern western “culture” I have ever seen.
Gonna use that one if it’s OK with you.

But, you know, the education system is failing, because kids are not allowed to express their 36 made up unicorn genders.

These people are not “brainwashed” they are dumbed down and have had their cognition reduced to what ever comes out of their iPhone selfie clique. Modern American culture celebrates stupidity – dumb is the new hip. Most don’t know what country they’re in – is it any wonder politicians hold them in contempt?
