Interim leader Rona Ambrose on Liberals “making it up as they go along” -- and the task of rebuilding the right

Brian LilleyArchive

Recently, I sat down with Interim Conservative Party leader Rona Ambrose for a substantive discussion about her experiences and impressions of the Trudeau government so far, what Canadians can expect in the years ahead and what’s next for the party.

We review the stark philosophical contrasts between the Conservatives and every other party on several policy fronts and despite some concerns, she shares her reasons for optimism in what she believes will be an exciting time ahead for the Conservative Party and the conservative movement in general.

It really is too bad that you have to be politically correct --Rona -- other wise ,you might be able to state what most Canadians think of that embedded Muslim traitor, that pretends to be President of whatever Country is to the South.

Well the Criminal party of Canada the Liberals have not disappointed yet again. Same old party with plenty of promises and an inability to follow through on any promise. Two months in power and already they have blown the budget over the 10 billion mark. Yep I can already here how Harper left them no room to even begin to deliver on their budget promises. Once again the empty red book has no plan other than taxation and forget hard work. It’s hard enough collecting your entitlements let alone controlling spending. Taxes are going up and Trudeau has no idea how to balance the budget. The budget won’t balance its self and taxes are in fact going to rise sharply to pay for his sunny ways. The 40 million dollar inquiry will be two years of high priced lawyers gobbling it up at the public trough to reveal nothing new we don’t already know. No silver bullet for a cure to a population that has no respect for each other. Let’s start with the knowledge that many chiefs tell their population that Canada’s laws don’t apply to them. For example gang rapes are common for sweet sixteen. Guess the chief can’t control his members with tribal rules either. But our main stream media don’t want you to know this. Why are they silent? I know it doesn’t fit the corrupt Liberal narrative or funding model.

I am a strong supporter of the Conservative Party and have been so, since able to vote after I turned 18. While I still support and will continue to support the Conservative Party, I can not give any support to Rona Ambrose, previously PWGSC/Women’s Issues Minister. PWGSC, Public Works and Government Services is responsible for nearly every purchase made by the Federal Government.

When I brought to Rona’s attention about corruption within PWGSC as well as all female contracting officers manipulating my firm out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in contracts we rightfully won, her ministry did absolutely nothing about the extremely serious complaints I brought to her attention. This cost my firm, millions of dollars in lost contracts and revenue causing my family and family business serious financial harm and difficulty over a number of years.

Rona’s failure to assist our company that has over the past 3 decade supplied DND and the RCMP saving Canadian taxpayers about $1 billion dollars is a sharp stinging slap in the face. I will not soon, if ever forget, how Rona Ambrose let my family and our family owned business down with dire consequences. My experience with Rona Ambrose is one that is not indicative of a person worthy or able to lead the PC Party to success.

Before watching the video let me guess which item tops the list thus far.
Refugee promise.
25000 by year end?
“Ya we’ll (Libs) show that big bad Harper that we (Libs) can do better than him” says Trudeau. During the campaign Mulcair exclaims 10000. Trudeau matches Mulcair and raises him 15000 to make it 25000. Harper remains more cautious and realistic.
And now we are witnessing the reality. Barely few are new government assisted refugees while almost all are private sponsored immigrants who have had their apps submitted months earlier.
Meanwhile thousands of refugees who are truly threatened are being caught up in a Liberals number game.
I point towards this promise to illustrate how little thought went into this particular promise before it was hatched. It’s only the beginning. Governance of a Country is a far greater responsibilty than Vogue photo ops and Drama classes.
Thanks for stepping up Rona and Merry Christmas.

Listening to Rona Ambrose gives me hope for the future of the Conservative Party. Sometimes the population has to get what they asked for, and after 4 years, hopefully they will have had enough. :o)

RON CHRISTENSEN commented 8 mins ago – why are you here? Tired of sucking off torstar and CBC?? Socialists like you are all the same – offensive and deserving of being run over by a truck.

Global economic collapse and one retarded fucking pothead running Ottawa. Get ready for your personal financial raping – the liberals will spare nothing.

The reality is that the majority of Canadians voted in a camp counselor over a seasoned economist.

Good judgement Canada – when your kids are starving and “do withouts”, look in the mirror and you will see the problem.

Rona Ambors, a reminent of the reforacons. I am thrilled she is the interm leader because nothing has changed, no new ideas, just name calling and “I gotcha” stuff taken out of context. Keep it up cons!

Good luck Rona, you are entering a new era of “interesting times” for politics and life in Canada and it isn’t going to be pretty
