In early March a crowd of about 30 thugs called "The Ungovernables," caused more than $100K damage on Locke Street in Hamilton thrashing ma & pa businesses and vandalizing cars.
Apparently, they’re anti-capitalists opposed to gentrification, so what better way to make a political point than by destroying a cafe run by hardworking entrepreneurs just trying to make ends meet.
Things took a perverse turn on Sunday when a patriot rally for Locke Street was met with an Antifa-like counter-protest by an organization called “Hamiltonians Against Fascism.”
How odd that they too wore black clothing and masks almost identical to the sort worn by "The Ungovernables," the thugs who created all the damage in the first place.
Taking inventory of Sunday’s protest, if one is part of an antifascist group, why don the symbol that the likes of Stalin and Mao brandished as they slaughtered tens of millions of their own citizens?
