Is Brian Jean abandoning Wildrose members?

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's show, Sheila Gunn Reid and I discussed Brian Jean's recent move to the political left.

Jean said he doesn't want Alberta to go back to having hard-right governments, but Alberta hasn't had a hard right government. It certainly didn't have one under Prentice, Redford, Stelmach, or Ralph Klein.

WATCH my interview to see how this may be part of Jean's effort to win the support of the Alberta Teacher's Association

Self serving smarmy politician has just revealed himself. Danielle Smith all over again. Go ahead Brian, cross the floor & take the rest of your closet lefties with you. You have lost my support.

Sorry typo, damn phone touchpad keyboard that should read Jean betrayed the Fildebrandt faction of Wild rose – perhaps he sees him as a rival for Ralph’s crown..

After Jean’s censure of Hildebrandt, he revealed a streak of perfidy and now the reddening of the pink in the wild rose.

There are no true Conservative Parties anymore, Ontario has bailed with the leadership of Patrick Brown, even the Federal Party is leaning more and more to the Left. Principles and values are meaningless to Politicians, power and money is the only thing they understand.

It’s the likes of Jean that’s the reason conservatives left the PC’s.

The 75% required for WR members to approve the deal seems very steep, for someone who said he wanted to unite the right. Compared with the PC’s who require 50% plus 1%. And I’ll bet there’s been a run on memberships from the teacher’s union since the announcement. I don’t think Brian really wants the right to unite. Something is fishy! If the right don’t unite, I hope another party will form with Derek Fildebrandt as leader.

Wow, he is sure kissing up to the ATA. Maybe the PC’s will be better off without the wild rose party. I can’t believe Jean is bailing on conservative values. He has done that a few times so I’ve been riding the edge of “not sure where he stands.” He’s bailed on us when we needed a strong leader.
