ISIS execution art denounced by Dutch politicians

A new art exhibition in the Netherlands features an interactive piece called "Phantom Pain" that allows users to simulate being beheaded by ISIS.

The creator of the piece said she wanted "to give victimized Europeans a taste of what it's like to be affected by ISIS".
