“Comey Memo” ignites Trump impeachment rumours

Rebel Staff

Last night, the political world was rocked by the New York Times report on the "Comey Memo."

The memo states that President Trump asked James Comey, then FBI Director, to end the investigation into former National Security Director Michael Flynn.

The report comes a week after Comey was fired by Trump, and the memo itself has yet to be released.

However, many Republicans, including Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, have raised the issue of this memo as a potential obstruction of justice by President Trump, and are calling for more investigation into the matter.

CNN and many Democrats and Republicans have used the word "impeachment" numerous times over the past 12 hours regarding this situation.

Could this be a repeat of the establishment attempt to have Trump resign, as occurred in October? The story is developing.

@Liza Rosie…they don’t make billions rebuilding….they loot and buy things at distressed seller price. Nothing has been rebuilt…the land is still chock full of landmines.

In pre-war Cambodia young men got conscripted but not paid…their families had to accompany the camp in order to feed them. The troops would “guard” a road and set up a toll system called “bonjour” and charge everybody who used the road according to what they thought they could pay…or bash a dent in your vehicule with the butt of a rifle if you refused to pay. The Pol Pot regieme killed more than a million people in an effort to correct this sort corruption…but after their overthrow by Vietnamese invaders things are back to “bonjour”.

Buddhism teaches four nobel truths…the first is that life is suffering. As a buddhist I realize from the history of encounters between buddhists and communists or islamists that politics can certainly make matters worse….but I know better than to believe that theire is a political remedy for the suffering that is an inherent part of the human condition.

In the first turn around the MONOPOLY board some people will act like Donald Trump and buy Park Place with the intent of building a hotel….some people will buy Baltic Avenue and live in a low rent slum…some will become nomads…buy nothing…and try to hold on to their money……there is no such thing as equality.

Glenn said, “One of the lessons of that book is that people should learn to accept corruption on the part of the ruling classes…because it is the regiemes that have a zero tollerance of corruption that create the biggest piles of corpses…..and never actually improve anything.”
So you’re saying that the biggest corpse pile prize goes to the ones who push back against the Soro’s types who assist in the demise of a country, to then make billions rebuilding? I am seeing the logic in some of what you are saying but I cannot square the circle. I am a simple person trying to understand and I just don’t yet.

Further to what I said Liza….for a country to aim at economic expansion by picking a fight to stimulate an arms industry wherein that country is the contracted buyer… sort of like a cocaine dealer expecting to make a profit by being his own best customer.

@Liza Rosie….one of the things I discovered…sort of like Simon in the Lord of the Flies …is that “warmonger” is bullshit….at least in the way it is layed out.

No armourer in all of history has ever had to pick a fight in order to sell their wares….and if there was actually profit to be made in picking a fight while manufacturing arms….Jews would have invested their Bar Mitzvah scheckles in doing so…but with one small and insignificat exception they did not. Yes their is an Israeli Weapons Industry(IWI) that makes small arms….but only the IDF and a few collector afficianados buy them and their stock is not really outstanding as an investment. And a Jewish family did buy the Mauser plant that made the Karabiner98 after WW1…and worked as slave labour during the Nazi regieme….but that was hardly profitable.

The profiteering of war is more like what George Soros does……in the American South it is called “carpet bagging”…..the idea is to shop for places where the FIAT currency of the defeated regieme has become worthless because of their defeat and arrive with a bag full of “hard” currency and buy up things at distressed seller short price…..the Bysantine intrigue is engineering the collapse of the targeted regieme….these days political unrest and economic manipulation has been much more cost effective than waging war.

Mr. Elder I agree with you about Seth Rich, I think that all this Russian bull is nothing more than a Dem cover-up for who actually murdered Seth and once Robert Mueller starts digging in that shit-hole of the Washington establishment, The Dems are going to regret opening up this can of worms. Let’s just hope Mueller can get at the truth.

Glenn Craig you may be right, but how do you live in a world like that? Aside from being defeatist, does that not embolden the evil? It seems to me if the deep state is not given a hard time and countered at every turn they will be the ones enlisting young men and women to die, that is what makes the corpses pile up, no? Did you see McCain’s face when Trump bombed that Syrian air base? He was positively gleeful. I am sure he had to change his shorts. The war mongers want war and they don’t care how many bodies pile up or what side they pile up on. (I believe Trump was wrong about Syrian gas attack and was pressured into retaliation). Why does the war machine support the rebels who fight with ISIS? The deep state will do anything to get Assad out. The deep state wants more destabilization in the middle east, it serves their purpose much more than peace does. Are they not the ones who will be piling up bodies if left to do their dirty work? What am I missing here?

I do not want to see one more American or ally go to a stupid war for those bastards in Washington.

Deborah, I know it in my mind since I’ve studied the evidence the textual criticism and it is overwhelming. For those who haven’t and want a concise compilation of the evidence read, Evidence That Demands a Verdict by Josh McDowell. Actually there are now 2 volumes.

If it just based on our feelings we have no greater claim to truth than the guy who thinks the moon directs all our affairs because he feels it so deeply. Feelings are a good servant but a lousy master.

Glenn Craig – “In a way…Trump is like the last survivor of reason in the book Lord of the Flies…I am Buddhist…but part of me wishes that Jesus would come.”

Jesus is coming, but when God’s stage is fully set! I know in my heart and in my bones that the “Word” is true.

The Dems should be careful about what they wish for. They now are faced with a special counsel who has subpoena power who can go where the evidence takes him. The Trump/Russia conspiracy theory is a sham. As the special council digs into matters he is far more likely to uncover wrongdoing by Obama, the Clinton’s and their leak happy gang of deep state loyalists in the bureaucracy. Nuff said.

As the special forces guy on Alex Jones said months ago, if they go ahead with this impeachment, do you think Southern California can grow enough food to feed…Southern California? Do you think New York state can independently grow enough food to feed…New York state? Bring it Beta bitches. I can’t WAIT to see you all go Venezuelan and watch animal rights activists chowing down on their pets. Karma.

@Lisa Rosie…I really hate to say this Lisa…but there is a book called For The Sake of all Living Things that was the last straw in convincing me to become buddhist. It is a historically based novel by John Del Vechio about the Cambodian holocaust under the Khymer Rouge.

One of the lessons of that book is that people should learn to accept corruption on the part of the ruling classes…because it is the regiemes that have a zero tollerance of corruption that create the biggest piles of corpses…..and never actually improve anything.

Good point about Trey Gowdey Craig, but damn, he would have made a good FBI chief. So does that mean the position is doomed to be poisoned or are we going to see someone who will actually facilitate draining the swamp?

Understandable stance Trey but America needs you.

“Puffy Eyes Comey” is a dishonorable Traitor and a Coward. Trump should have axed this fool from the job of FBI Director when he took office along with a whole host of left over Obama supporters on staff at different locations, right down to the person that answers the phone. If he had, a lot of this would not have happened, Trump is surrounded by Traitorous Personnel and he can expect more betrayal as long as this situation continues. It’s about time for the people that voted for Trump to demonstrate that they are still there, come out and show the Corrupt, Traitorous Left Wingnuts what pissed off really looks like.

@Jack Carter….trivial persuit question Jack….name the names of all POTUS who have been impeached…

It must be very diassappointing to the media wizards who spent so much money in order to seize power to find out that those who value the truth just aren’t going to go along with it.

Oh yes Jack…believe that the maligned police are going to side with BLM against Trump….believe that the armed forces who were so alienated to Obama that they were actually barred from the Shame on You Whitey House…are going to side with the swamp reptiles to overthrow him….believe that the media is the actual power and that everything else is just theatre.

I found out why Trey Gowdey declined the FBI leadership post….he was Comey’s nemisis…but he realizes why Comey did what he did….if Comey had done what the law requires it would have meant arresting hundreds of democrats in on the corruption and that would have toppled the United States . What a quandry to be put in….Trey Gowdey knew better than to take on such a job.

In a way…Trump is like the last survivor of reason in the book Lord of the Flies….I am buddhist…but part of me wishes that Jesus would come.

The Comey memo doesn’t show up for a week after he is canned even though he supposedly had it for quite a while.

The Dems never said boo about Trump glad handing with Russians until after he won the election.even though they supposedly had the smoking gun for quite a while. Come to think of it we haven’t seen evidence of either one.

I wonder why the lefties absolutely loathe Trump so much? I have no illusions about him being the Messiah but I don’t see him as the Anti-Christ either. Never have I seen such prolonged hatred after an election. They are desperate to show his election to be illegitimate. So far they haven’t convinced me. And the more repetitious and asinine they get the less likely they will be to do so.

Let’s not ignore the fact the Vault7 info dump implicated Obama/NSA spying on congress and bureaucrats. Lots of bodies dropping after the DNC server leaks and NSA wiki hack.

The corrupt Washington establishment is desperate to get anything on Trump – it’s a race to do him in before the deep corruption of the DC swamp and DNC is outted.

Comey will eventually be vindicated by history when it comes out he was sitting on such damaging evidence of treason it would shake the foundations of the federal system – he decided to park the files rather than take on the entire DC establishment and risk destabilizing government. He will be seen as a compromised patriot.

If it isn’t this – it will be something else. No way Trump makes it 4 years when he can’t even get through 100 days without it being a complete shit show.

A true news story will be when a week goes by and someone doesn’t call for trump to be impeached for some new issue. They have been investigating since last June and still no one charged. ZZZZZZZzzzz.

On April 10, 2016, President Obama publicly stated that Hillary Clinton had shown “carelessness” in using a private e-mail server to handle classified information.
Three months later, on July 5, 2016, FBI director James Comey publicly stated that Clinton had been “extremely careless” in using a private email server to handle classified information.
I don’t suggest that the FBI found, didn’t find, couldn’t find, or chose not to find anything criminal on Clinton. I’m just saying that Obama “leaned on” Comey to cut Hillary some slack, just as Trump is now alleged to have done, except when Obama did it the media just shrugged their shoulders.
commented 2017-05-17 19:41:46 -0400
Obama clearly signalled to the FBI and the Justice Department that he did not want Hillary Clinton to be charged with a crime, and with that not-so-subtle pressure the president’s subordinates dropped the case, exactly what Obama wanted. Yet the media yawned. Of course, they’re not yawning now. Now it is Donald Trump, not B. Hussein Obama.

Comey’s alleged memo is re conversation with President on February 14, 2017.
But already before that date, from The Washington Post, on January 23, 2017:
“The FBI in late December reviewed intercepts of communications between the Russian ambassador to the United States and retired Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn, national security adviser to then-President-elect Trump, but has not found any evidence of wrongdoing or illicit ties to the Russian government, U.S. officials said.”
According to the so-called “news” media that democrats have so much faith in, Flynn was already cleared. The liberal left are having trouble keeping up with their own lies.

I used to think that the 1980’s novels of Ludlum were escapist fiction, but I see now that he was predicting the future under the deep state.

Maybe in addition to the term Orwellian, we need to add Ludlumesque to describe current western society. Mind you Kafka needs his due as well.

I find it disturbing that certain members of the Republican Party choose to speak out against Trump. I imagine that this is because he did not go to the same Schools as them or belong to the same Clubs. In other words he is not a member of the Clan.

Perhaps if a very strong attack was launched against the Clinton’s and their Sidekicks he could ease the pressure on himself.
commented 2017-05-17 18:32:59 -0400
Thanks Jack, I won’t hold my breath for the “memo” to be released. It’s another tactic from the sore losers to discredit President Trump.
commented 2017-05-17 17:22:26 -0400
The globalists did not want Trump in office in the first place, their smear tactics didn’t work prior to the election so now they want Trump forcibly gone no matter what or how. The exact same scenario would have played out in Canada had Trudeau not won. Look what is going on across the pond, democracy is in the last stages of existence. A new world order is on the march as per the UN.

BTW _ the next and immediate project of the new FBI director will be the investigation of the Seth Rich murder – which promises to explode the hijacking of the Dem nomination process by Clinton with the help of key deep state anf monied vested interests.

Once Trump goes to work seeking the criminal indictments of the former criminal regime and their GOP enablers – there will be little talk of impeachment and Trump will be in mortal danger of deep state psychopaths.

The Comey memo has ignited nothing but the flatulence of the Soros media. Trump is secure and building a loyal cadre – which WILL ignite – a Clinton Foundation audit. a Servergate indictment, a Bengahzigate inquest and incitements and continued sweeps of politically-connected pedophile rings.

These burning scandals are cleansed from Soros media – which is why informed voters never listen to them.

Can anyone PROVE that Comey’s memos are truthful? Seems pretty fishy to me.
