Joe Oliver: Pros and cons of Trans-Pacific Partnership for Canada

Former Conservative Finance Minister Joe Oliver came by the studio to discuss the new Alberta budget, the rising cost of food, and the controversial Trans-Pacific Partnership.

He explained why Canada needs to take part in this trade agreement despite the reservations of some critics.

Supply Management. Recently a friend visited a neighboring Dairy Farmer and asked " where did your herd go ? " He replied that he leased his quota to a large Milk Company for 1 million a year. He doesn’t have to do anything for that money. This was in BC, so this theft of our money is going on all across Canada.
