Jordan Peterson announces world tour promoting new book “12 Rules for Life”

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's show, Dr. Jordan Peterson joined me to discuss his world tour promoting his new book, 12 Rules for Life

Academia is overflowing with leftists pushing the same tired social justice agenda, Dr. Peterson's pro-freedom message is in short supply and great demand. It's why his Biblical series lectures have gained surprising traction and his plan to give psychological lectures on the book of Exodus is attracting more attention than he expected.

With Google firing James Damore for revealing their anti-conservative bias and Wilfred Laurier University punishing a TA for showing a clip of Dr. Peterson discussing transgender pronouns, there is growing resistance to the far-left establishment.

As Dr. Peterson explains it, people are putting their foot down and stating forthrightly that they've had enough.

To purchase tickets for Dr. Peterson's world tour visit JordanBPeterson.com/events before they're sold out!

I read here all the time and do not necessarily comment unless I have something to add.
Why should we tip our hand. .
We will see what happens to the precious lefties next election. I suspect the turdo government cannot hide or cover -up the coming Sh%T storm from hard working tax paying regular Canadians they have created.
Peterson is obviously a much better speaker than I ever will be. Me thinks he scares the left and globalists.

Terry, do you really think that everyone who comes to the Rebel site comments?
Why don’t you take your complaint up with admin instead of hijacking topics?

Why would you claim that I have hijacked a thread with one comment? I doubt that everyone who comes to this site does so for the purpose of commenting but I do know that if you wish to build a following it is best to make your site comment friendly. This is a great site but it has not built a following. Why is that?
Ezra apparently doesn’t know that you cannot build a following without being Comment Friendly. I am surprised by this as he is obviously very smart.
Prior to practicing law for 41 years I obtained degrees in Economics and Law. For the last 16 years my hobby has been studying Islam. I would like to share my knowledge but this is not a friendly site for that.

It is ironic that the 9 next comments after your last comment were the same one. Ezra Levant deserves a better comments system than the worst one on the Web.

Terry, of course tech could be a little smoother, agreed, but I am more concerned with the fight the left doesn’t think exists and refuses to recognise or report truthfully about.

Liza “Could be a little smoother.” Please. It couldn’t be more amateurish. It’s no wonder that despite the fact Ezra is right on most of the issues he hasn’t built a following. It’s the same 10 people here every day.

Interesting that the Dutch have invited Peterson to speak on national identity and immigration. Peterson is a Canadian treasure and while his own country de platforms him at every turn and tries to get him fired, internationally people are starting to take notice of his talents. His work covers so much, its hard to pin him down to one area. He is a very valuable voice, especially considering the times.

People don’t know much about Canada internationally really. People like Peterson help to shine a light on the reality, which in turn exposes hidden threats no one suspected of us. I think it will come around and help us root them out as more of us Canadians see ourselves reflected in the eyes of what is left of the free world.

Ian Foulds asks,
“… Why is it that no conservative politician will touch Rebel?”

Because the conservatives party has been co opted. They are a party which has forsaken its base. They are afraid of having to answer to that. That is why they won’t come on the Rebel. They are cowards who have sold their souls to the devil.

They are conservative only on the obvious easy issues(appearances must be kept up) but they are now a part of the threat, because they won’t protect this country from Trudeau and his globalist puppeteers.

I am grateful for the American and international content. The big threat is Globalism, so I am sure you can understand why the problem calls for ‘global’ information and exposure. The Islam coverage is essential. Of course it makes people uncomfortable and they vilify us. The American coverage is also essential. Canadians need to have the U.S. successes highlighted, so they can feel and see the difference between what our leaders are doing and what Trump is accomplishing. The reporting on Trump in the msm, which is what most people tune into, would have him not competent to wipe his own behind. Nothing could be further from the truth. American and eastern European politics are the only hopeful areas these days because they are pushing back against the globalists. I appreciate that coverage. It is the only shining light in these dark days before the storm.

If you don’t like the Rebel, take it up with admin and spare us your hijacking. The topic here is Peterson’s new book and tour. Maybe you could start up your own conservative media outfit or go elsewhere to complain.

Speaking of Peterson, he has become a world wide star, because he understands that the problems of today are not just Canadian problems. We are all linked by the threats of Islam, globalism, post modernism, and the push to give up our identities, culture and religion. These are all threats to any strong and free western country.

There is plenty of Canadian content here. If you don’t like the other content don’t click on it. Stop trying to stomp all over the only conservative media outfit that counters the spin and makes these people accountable by showing all of the story, not just what the government wants us to believe.
Any Canadian who was at all cognoscente of what is going on, and the need for more voices, would want to support that, not tear it down.

I think Jordan Peterson should announce a 13th Rule, to wit: If you own a website which seeks to influence public opinion install a decent comments platform which encourages discussion by facilitating replies, not some primitive upside/down joke.

Space Moose the difference is that he has thought it thorough- unlike some. He also has the ability to speak about it coherently- unlike some. So he makes a great spokesperson for the truth- unlike some.

It more thane doesn’t like the trans pronoun trans drivel He can show you the thought process behind why it is a stupid concept. Unlike some.
commented 2018-01-11 02:43:22 -0500
I really don’t see what is so special about Peterson. Whoopetee doo. HE doesn’t like the whole trans pronoun drivel. No different than most of us here.

Because of the professional appearance of The Rebel – especially compared to the old clips recorded against a brick wall backdrop ( I miss those actually), people assume they have the budget of the CBC. They don’t.

Coverage is labour intensive and it requires a lot of cash to hire reporters. So those who want more Canadian (or whatever )content should put the horse before the cart and subscribe. That way there is much better likelihood that The Rebel will be able to provide that coverage than if you sit and whine that Daddy Warbucks Ezra isn’t giving you what you want.

Is Iain Foulds too cheap to pay $8/month to see if The Rebel does shows on Canadian topics, instead of trying to find out from bits and pieces that he finds outside the pay wall? Then complaining when he misses some.
Just sayin".

Iain Foulds commented, “Why is it that no conservative politician will touch Rebel? It is a mess, that is why”.

I suspect Conservative politicians are afraid of the MSM which is clearly left leaning. The MSM hates The Rebel and the amount of coverage given to putting it down, indicates to me that it’s more than simply a disagreement over freedom of speech. I think they’re jealous that Ezra is his own man at the same time as they’re worried about keeping their jobs, but also, they’re resentful because he actually has set up an online media site. The Conservatives are afraid of the wrath of the MSM coming down on them if they appear here. Problem is, the MSM aren’t interested in them so won’t give them airtime. The best they can hope for is to keep their heads down and not create trouble for themselves. And by the way, Iian, if you check Ezra’s videos, you’ll see a lot on Canadian news.

Iain….your being a troll. I have simple solution for you….don’t come to this site and please don’t post your whiny comments. You sound a lot like that leftist regressive fucktard Jimmy, Sarah, James or what ever.

Iain, what’s wrong with you?

Here’s another way to explain the problem here. If a person reads a book jacket and then posts a review without having read the book, it’s problematic. It’s also dishonest.

Given your brief history on this site, you have posted for Ezra to step down several times; demanded more Canadian content based on watching short clips taken from shows which vary in length from
50 -60 minutes. Oh, and you don’t seem to like reports about Israel or examples of anti-Semitism here in Canada or elsewhere.

Today’s snotty comment is one of several and it annoys me.

Keep telling yourself that Iain, lots of Canadian content, you choose clips to watch.
So, while you like to dole out shame, taking a helping for yourself!
