Trudeau shouldn't pile on Brazil's Amazon wildfire with Macron

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, we talked about Justin Trudeau's weird friendly relationship with Emmanuel Macron and his passive aggressive, Millennial-like digs at Brazil's Jair Bolsonaro.

The Amazon rainforest is currently experiencing a fire splashed out all over the media. The Amazon has forest fires naturally, every year, all the time, just like Canada’s northern forests.

You can imagine the reaction in Brazil when the French President Macron and (you guessed it!) Justin Trudeau started lecturing Jair Bolsonaro on the Amazon fires. And even threatening economic retaliation if they're not put out!

Trudeau retweeted Macron's post about the fires, as a me-too. Except the picture that Macron used in Macron's tweet was fake.

In this clip from the show, I'll show you some examples of how Trudeau and Macron get on together, and how they're reported in the foreign press.

I thought for a second the headline referred to Trudeau piling on Macron. Watching them almost trading tongues, that comment could almost be believed. They have a disturbingly close relationship yet both claim to be married to females.

Thank you Ezra. You’re the best! That’s why I LOVE The Rebel. Without you we will be lost, at the mercy of the dirty SOAB.

I doubt Justin knew where the Amazon was located until recently.

There are more fires in Africa than Brazil. I guess Africa is not part of Macron’s lungs of the planet.

Who cares what they do in the lower mainland along with central Canada and the Maritimes… The western provinces must sue for independence.!!!

Doreen… You and I are in absolute agreement about how that fire started… That fire shouldn’t of ever got out of control for lack of equipment… Fort McMurray has the largest number of world class earth moving machinery that could’ve been mobilized and set up for a fire break around the city… That was all part of the plan to knuckle down the energy industry in Western Canada ..

Greg Keith: You are absolutely right. I would go one step further & say those fires were SET in order to kill the oil patch which we need so that Canada may prosper. The current gov’t abhors prosperity and cannot control happy, prosperous people.

The liberals and the NDP leave ft Mac to burn to the ground after canceling a firefighter contract at peak fire season while refusing international help to assist with the out of control wildfire that burned well into the city from a tiny fire that started in the bush and was allowed to turn into a raging monster that forced a %100 evacuation of the city and surrounding area while threatening our country’s economic energy engine and closing highways to the area… What a bunch of fucking hypocrites .!!!!
