(WATCH) Anthony Furey: “Justin Trudeau's spin assault has begun”

Rebel Staff

A number of Liberal MPs are not pleased about the SNC-Lavalin debacle, but they have their messaging. They're going to spin this, and make it all about jobs.

But don't let the spin fool you. True North's Anthony Furey says the SNC-Lavalin story is about whether justice stopped being impartial.

William Kay please tell me exactly where JWR made irrational decisions and why , also tell me why it is not her job to do so.

William Kay if no laws were broken then why were they worried about jobs being lost after a prosecution? If no laws were broken then their would have been a ruling of such , Justin interfered where he was not legally free to do so. If you cannot see that you are not very bright and easy to subjugate.

William Kay that is complete and utter hogwash.

If the issue was about jobs, then they would not have brought in legislation and Policies that ensures that Pipelines like Northern Gateway and Energy East would not be built and they would have used their authority to get Trans Mountain going. JT, admittedly with the help of Alberta’s NDP has effectively destroyed many more jobs than would be lost by SNC- Lavalin moving. It seems clear, it is about Politics and fund raising, pure and simple.

Never thought I’d be defending Justin but no laws were broken here. SNC should never have been charged in the first place. SNC are obviously eligible for a remediation agreement. Jody failed Canadians by not assuming responsibility for the file (DPPA s.15). She made irrational arbitrary decisions regarding intervening for a remediation agreement (DPPA s.14) and she refused to explain her lack of action to her cabinet colleagues. She should have been fired. Absolute incompetent!

I am not contributing to Ezra Levant billboard truck stunt. I consider it as ineffective waste of money of conservative supporters and of the rebel media subscribers. Instead of that I have renewed my subscription to Maclean’s magazine that is much more effective in publishing articles that are attacking Trudeau government handling of the SNC Lavalin corruption. Maclean’s reaches audiences that are larger at least by a factor of 100,000 (including readers in doctors offices) compared to the number of viewers that will stop to read the billboard in Ottawa and Montreal and it is spread all over Canada and beyond for much longer than those billboard trucks will be running. I do it to support their renewed interest in fighting political correctness after suspending my subscription for number of years following the termination of Mark Steyn as Maclean’s Contributor after the Islamophobia Humans Rights kangaroo commission hearings.

If it’s about jobs why hasn’t he shown interest in getting 100 thousand plus Albertans back to work……………………

Sheldon, Trudeau dose not want these Albertan’s back at work, they are much more easy to euthanize when they are starving and weak.

Warning, to anybody who is old…Stay out of hospital if you possibly can. Justin Trudeau has stated that Euthanizing the old and the weak is completely acceptable. Of course he was talking about White People

If it’s about jobs why hasn’t he shown interest in getting 100 thousand plus Albertans back to work by getting pipelines built-because 9000 jobs are more important in Quebec, but then again is it jobs or votes!!! Lying POS!!!

Justin Trudeau; the master of the non-sequitur.

I’m amazed how many journos miss the point that this is NOT about jobs. That claim is a bold-faced LIE and political BS. Sure a few executive and office jobs may be at risk if SNC leaves Montreal, but infrastructure projects will still be contracted to “other” firms that hire Canadians. And many of those same workers will have worked for SNC in the past. The union hiring hall is primarily in charge of which members get to work. Whether they worked on SNC projects in the past is irrelevant.

In business, there’s always a moment where you have the choice of bypassing the laws. To increase your sales, expand your business, or cut your costs, etc. I’ve always fought against it because I believe in our justice for everyone. You either have ethics or you don’t. You either are honest or a crook. And no reason in the world should be enough to justify illegality or making exceptions to the laws. This gov’t is corrupt, as well as SNC. If we allow them to escape justice, every company operating in this country will get the message, believe me. In no time, we will become like the numerous 3rd world countries where nothing is done without corruption.

If this Fool on the Hill is re-elected, expect more draconian legislation. We have speech laws, language you can be charged for laws, “Islamophobia” legislation in waiting, and coming soon government monitoring (and CRTC licensing) of what is acceptable news and punishments for those who don’t please the government.

When I call Trudeau “Baby Doc”, it is in reference to the dictator Baby Doc Duvallier, son of dictator Papa Doc of Haiti. Our PM and PMO are acting more and more like petty dictators; bribing the press, having its own government run news outlet schilling and distracting for it, taking no responsibility for essentially giving away our money on pet projects, planning monitoring of public commentary, and accusing anyone who doesn’t agree as un-Canadian. Elections will soon be open to anyone within our borders if Trudeau gets his way; citizenship will mean nothing. It is the beginning of a dictatorship if we don’t kick the “bastard” out.

If re-elected, I’m certain that some form of “proportional representation” will be attempted in order to make a permanent Liberal majority for Canada. Screwing with elections seems to be a Liberal thing.

Remember, Justin inherited his mother’s brains and Fidel’s looks and politics.

Yes it will be about the loss of jobs. Billions in investment flowing out of the country.
Hundreds of thousands of job losses across the country. Billions spent on Saudi oil while our own sits in the ground.
The job losses due to Illegal welfare leaches who can afford to work illegally for peanuts because they dont pay for anything including the carbon tax and have free money, housing.
i want to cross the border illegally and get my fifty thousand in set up money and a hotel room from the Liebral government.
I,ll bet a lot of seniors and vets would like money from the Liebral cash cow too.
Sadly we Canadians do not qualify you would be arrested.

You can tell he’s lying, his mouth is moving. He’s like a banana, born green, lives yellow and will die rotten. That’s why he wants to convert Canada to a banana republic. And the sheeple follow him in their drug induced stupor!
