"How on earth did you get elected?" WATCH Justin Trudeau's chat with CNN's Zakaria go downhill from there... (SATIRE)

StaffRebel Columnist

All the international bigshots at Davos watched as newly elected Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau sat down with CNN's Fareed Zakaria.

If you don't remember seeing this interview when it came out, well, there might be a reason for that...

His body language involves shrugging his shoulders quite a lot and putting his hands to the side palms up.

This is his way of saying, “I don’t know”

So how does he cope with not knowing a reasonable answer to questions?

He make things up through taking a deep breath and filibustering in platitudes!

Eldon Barrand, here in BC the province is pretty much divided along the coast/interior divide. The big cities and the coastal communities tend to be primarily socialists. I think that’s probably because they enjoy all the comfort and convenience modern technology has to offer and they take them for granted, as their birth right. In other words they tend to be consumers of the fruits of other men’s/women’s labor, rather than creators or builders. In the northern coastal communities, it’s a little more difficult to understand, since the economy is based almost entirely on blue collar jobs, such as forestry, mining, fishing and other forms of resource extraction. Perhaps it’s because these industries are so heavily unionized. Also, the coastal aboriginal communities, or at least their spokes-people, tend to be anti-development of kind. The NDP has taken full advantage and exploited all those sentiments, plus I don’t want to sell the NDP short just because I disagree with them philosophically. In the Skeena riding at least, they have had candidates who have traditionally worked very hard for the interests of their local constituents. At least they don’t vote Liberal. However, east of the coastal mountains it’s a different story. There, the independent free, enterprising, entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well, including in the aboriginal communities. They vote conservative. Here in Houston, however, I always feel my vote is wasted as there is NO chance of electing any one other than the NDP candidate.

If Trudeau’s infantile cohort of first time “just takers – not makers” voters had seen him being this sensible and serious about his governing ideas pre election, he would have lost their support.

Thanks for the belly laugh! " …the liberals make bad governments…" haha.

Was this audio-shopped? I can’t tell. Sounds like his standard answers. :-O

Maurice Potvin. I aggree with your accessment with one exception. The average voter that voted for JT was from the east. The Western Provinces primarily voted Conservative. Hence we are getting shafted royally by sunny ways JT and gang. But nothing new for the West. It’s the 80’s all over again. As I’ve said in other posts. Before this is over, the West will be Strong and Free. It will be us who tells Ottawa what we will and won’t be doing.

“How on earth did you get elected?” That’s a very good question…. that’s an EXCELENT question. It’s a question I’ve been asking myself ever since the election. I still can’t come up with a definitive answer, I can only speculate. And my conclusions don’t speak well for the intelligence of the average Canadian voter. Here’s a summary of my speculations on this matter: MSM had much to do with it, Trudeau’s youthful appearance perhaps, no doubt potheads voted for him, and Harper never comes across as warm, friendly and relatable, plus the average voter looks at form rather than substance. In other words, they are totally uninformed about the issues and they vote by “feelings” rather than intelligence. In the end, they will pay dearly for their choice, and so will the rest of us.

Whoever did the cutting on this clip did an excellent job. It shows Trudeau as he really is, with his 14 year old brain.

Commenting on here is great but the country needs someone to spread the truth across the country. They will get immediate media attention because all they have to say is four words: Trudeau is a liar. That will get the ball rolling. The big problem is to get someone and pay him to do this. Kevin O’Leary fits the national requirement plus he has money. Doug Ford would be good in Toronto. Ezra and the gang are doing a good job and momentum would take a huge leap if some rich guy would step forward and provide some start up money. C’mon Kevin, we need you buddy.

Even a good drama teacher would have been able to talk his way out of this! And for shame to the voters that put him in Canada’s top position! This is a person who could not talk his way through any political debate without saying uh uh uh etc.!!!

I was expecting Trudeau to lean forward and say “dude I’m developing a serious case of the munchies” or “never underestimate the stupidity of the voting public. We count on it”.

Well Trudeau was in public stating his favorite and most warn out mantra about the Conservatives creating fear and division I have often said it is the opposite that is true. By elevating one group of people’s “rights” such as Niqab wearing or by his plan to rush in refugees with little vetting and giving them preferential treatment or regular Canadians you cannot help but creating a special class. Now if any of these “refugees” were to commit a crime it might very well create a backlash against that community. He has also made anyone out to question his insane methods out to be bigots. Once again it is he who is the author of fear and division.

Too bad this did not get out on mainstream media
commented 2016-02-20 11:14:30 -0500
He got elected for the same reason why every MSM outlet in the world is talking about Justice Scalias’s funeral, while a great ,huge farting ,stinking elephant sits in their news room. The elephant is the unwitnessed death and lack of an autopsy on the body of one of the highest offices in the world ; a supreme court justice during an election year when the constitution and democracy hangs in the balance. How can this happen ? This guy had as much power as the president in many respects.

Wow! wow! Is this the Canada that represents us as Canadians? How and why the good people of Canada bought into the medias “vote for change”, “we need change”, “harper has to go”! Bull….!
Canada is not the same country, that we “where” known for. Straight forward but not offensive, polite, honest, brave when pushed, great police force (R.C.M.P), the list goes on.
I feel that when the elections champaign was going on it was nothing but a hollywood production and all the members of parliament should be ashamed. I expected the harper government not to join in the media crapshoot, but they did. Come on! real facts people, grow up!

Those who voted for Trudeau would have to conclude that they are brain dead.

Now all we need is some home-made music from Sophie and the world can see what idiots Canadian voters really are.

Thanks Rebel Media – just keep on humiliating this disgusting asshole Trudeau by putting on display what a satanic piece of wretch he really is.

Nice job Media Party in promoting this half-wit cretin Trudeau and embarrassing Canada again. Are you happy now??
