Justin Trudeau likes to talk about a fictional character named "Nathalie," who embodies his idea of a typical Canadian.
In Justin's scenario, "Nathalie" makes about $40,000 a year, and worries about her children's future and her personal debt.
In other words, she's his idea of a Canadian who desperately needs help from the Liberals.
Or at least, she was.
Now Trudeau is talking about cutting taxes for Canadians, but only for those whose earnings start at around $44,000.
Why is he breaking his promise to poor "Nathalie"?
