Tell President Trump to keep Steve Bannon on his team

President Donald Trump must keep Steve Bannon as his chief strategist.

Bannon stands for nationalism, populism, "America First," and all the things that got this movement started.

Americans voted for Trump, not his advisors. Steve Bannon helped bring out those qualities in Trump's policies.

The Wall Street and globalists interests that are pushing back now — that’s directly at odds with the Trump that won, that filled stadiums and fields across the country.

Build the wall; extreme vetting of those coming into our nation; no wars of adventure; getting tough with the United Nations; bringing jobs home.

That’s what won it for him. That’s what brought out the millions — and that’s what Bannon helped bring out.

It’s not that we have a personal allegiance to Bannon the man; it’s to the movement, and to the ideas he represents. The substantive ideas in bold above; but equally important, the style that Bannon has, that Trump has when he’s at his best.

Bannon calls it “the honey badger."

It’s about not caring about being politically correct. It’s saying the hard truths that no-one else will. It’s telling the fancy, well-heeled, bi-coastal elites to get lost.

After the election, Bannon said to the New York Times directly – "The media just got embarrassed and humiliated and should just keep their mouths shut and listen for a while. The media here is the opposition party. They do not understand this country. They still do not understand why Donald Trump is President of the United States."

Now, the mainstream media is pushing back on Bannon, calling for Trump to set him aside.
