Kurt Schlichter: DACA is a “Constitutional abomination”

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's show, columnist Kurt Schlichter joined me to discuss Trump's repeal of DACA.

The law was put in place by Barack Obama without congressional support, and allowed 800,000 illegal aliens to remain in the United States.

Trump's repeal of this legislation shows he's living up to his campaign promise to crack down on illegal immigrations.

WATCH to see why Kurt believes DACA violates the Constitution, and why he thinks Establishment Republicans oppose Trump's decision.

Andrew, Obama acted against the Constitution and Trump was forced to repeal the Executive Order, he was given until September 5th to do it.

Andrew Stephenson, there is an election in 2018. Trump made a brilliant move, it forces Congress to consult with their constituents, and act accordingly if they want to be re-elected.
You lack discernment.

Andrew he told congress to make it law if they want it to come back. He knows they cannot , of course you do not know that. "

Actually, they can. He said he’d revisit it in six months if they didn’t, which sounds like a command rather than a taunting jab.

Funny how people who support stuff like this do the least to actually help anyone else.

I note that Chicago is the most vocal bed-wetter over the end of DACA – coincidence Chicago has the largest inner city subsidized slum housing in America?

I think DACA was a plumb Obama tossed to slum lords and other low rent inner city housing where the DACA troops gravitate.

Trump told Congress to get DACA approved. And then partnered with the Dems to get a temporary budget bill in place.

Breitbart’s shitting itself. LOL.

On this morning’s fake news talking heads the " reporter " asked this question. what are you going to do with the 365 dreamers who have joined the military the usual bland answer was given.. this is what should have been said. Back in the Vietnam war when 50,000 Canadians join the U.S. Army to fight the commies, when their duty was done they returned to Canada some applied for U.S. citizenship. Meanwhile 50,000 American cowards skipped across our border.
With this in mind the 365 dreamers should return to their countries and apply for U.S. citizenship just like the Canadians did. The so called dreamers should do the same after all they have broken the U.S. immigration laws. Life is not always fair but just think what a boon the dreamers would be to their home countries bi-lingual, educated, well fed and motivated.

Obama didn’t let Congressional approval get in the way of pushing his anti-America agenda on the US.
Calling them “Dreamers” is beyond ridiculous. Re-name illegal immigrants to something that sounds innocuous doesn’t change the facts. Trudeau prefers to call this “irregular arrivals, who didn’t arrive in the regular way, making this irregular!”
