Liberals' soft stance on drunk driving could mean more heartache for family

David MenziesMission Specialist

Marco Muzzo, the self-entitled "Richie-Rich" who killed four members of the Neville-Lake family while driving with more than two times the legal limit of alcohol in his system, is back in the news after applying for unattended day-release from prison.

What do you wanna bet he'll get it?

Drunk driving is supposed to be beyond the pale, but Liberal Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould is considering lowering the legal blood-alcohol limit from .08 to .05.

Such a change would be 0.00 effective and will do nothing to solve the looming crisis of driving while high.

WATCH my video to see why I think it's time we implement tougher sentences on the Marco Muzzos of the world.

- The hug-a-thug Liberals & the countries’ activist lawyers don’t care what the law says. They base their decisions on feelings. Didn’t the Harper government bring in tougher sentencing for violent offenders? Then the Liberals happened.

As Mr. Menzies suggests, the language must be changed.

For myself, when referring to the deaths of people I know as a result of a drunk driver, I always say they were murdered by a drunk driver. I never say they were killed by a drunk driver.

Great report David.

No justice for the families of Muzzo’s victims, and, no justice for society as a whole.

Good one, David.
They’re setting a precedence now for future impaired stoned drivers. Don’t want to scare off the weed customers.
God love these poor little babies and Grandfather. Deplorable the govt doesn’t have enough respect for their lives.

Benjamin Levin was released on parole in January 2017. If you google this, it won’t show anything. So who knows about it?
