Liberals leave “livelihoods hanging in the balance” of stalled pipeline approvals

Holly NicholasRebel Commentator

The Liberals are appointing their friends to National Energy Board review panels, and now  those friends are stalling the approval process.

The Rebel spoke with CPC MP for Lakeland, Shannon Stubbs to get her thoughts on the consequences of not moving forward with critical oil and gas infrastructure in Canada.

She notes that in addition to driving away investments and putting the livelihoods of those who depend on these projects in jeopardy, the Liberals often talk about the need to earn confidence in our regulatory process yet the Liberals seem to be the only ones who lack that confidence.

Canada has the highest standards when it comes to safety and the environment in regard to oil and gas industry regulations and the construction of infrastructure.

But, Canadians are being played for fools while the rest of the world exports their product.

The US has lifted their 40 year export ban only to become the largest producer in the world after denying the Keystone XL pipeline on the basis of climate change.

A time will come when our share of the market will be gone, taken up by the US and other oil and gas producing countries.

Sooner or later, the Liberals are going to be forced to make some serious decisions.

Don’t mind Andrews, he doesn’t like when people point out his silliness. He also thinks his unfailing support of Killary and the Gangstercrats ticks us off. Lol. I know, I know.

There will be NO pipelines built in Canada in the next 3 years . . . Gerald Butts has spoken.
Trudough’s brain Butts is running the show . . .
I said during the election NO pipelines, NO CNG . . . Canadians continue to get ripped off by the Rockerfeller’s who buy our oil at a steep discount . . . but don’t fear Millennials, Justin is shovelling money at everything these days . . . problem is YOU get to pay it back ! Laughable !

One thing that might help the West . . . when Trump is elected he has already said he would build the remaining leg of the Keystone Pipeline . . . which will be Huge for Alberta and Sask.
Let the East Freeze in the Dark as we used to say in the 70s . . .

Cool story, bro. Is President Trump going to give you a pony? No, wait, that’s President Vermin Supreme’s platform.

Someone please contact Kent Hehr and tell him to bang those fists harder on the table, or as usual was his just another liberal pre election lie to get his wheel chair into parliament.

Andrew Stephenson…. Trudope the Younger is a sleasy dip shit. Puffs himself up and insists he is pushing hard on Northern Gateway for instance, knowing full well they have a moratorium on tanker traffic off the west coast. He is a champion of bull shit.

Penson…..Go strap yourself to a windmill . Trump is closing fast, maybe you should consider warming up a jail cell for Kunt Killary.

DJBT and his sicko-phants

It cannot be stopped but it could slow down.

What will little potato say when all these countries including France say ha ha Canada we were just kidding about cutting carbon,

With Hillary having just won the election, Keystone will not get approved. Northern Gateway will not get approved, as some Indigenous people do not want it. Kinder Morgan is too controversial, and Greater Vancouver doesn’t want it. The eastern pipeline is extremely unpopular, especially in Winnipeg & Montréal.

Andrews isn’t counting Harper’s aid approving and fast tracking the northern gateway project

- with chronic tossers it’s always the memory that goes first.

What is the point of approving any pipelines. Justin has made pretty darn sure they won’t be built. Justin hates oil and gas, and wants only one thing, to kill the industry and damage the west irrevocably.

Ahm, Ehm, something about social license to childishly distinguish us from Harper before coming to the same decision.

" Two major pipelines approved by Trudeau in the first year of his government. Did Harper even manage one in his near-decade?"

Yes Andrews, Harper and the NEB didn’t do any work on NW LNG and Kinder Morgan before Trudeau was elected.

Good report as always Holly. The question is, when will this nonsense stop, & you’re absolutely right about losing in the market place. It’s like me bying avocados & then leaving them there to rot, for whatever excuse after excuse for not eating them. The Liberals are once again playing to the environmentalists & the big anti oil organizations who help fund their campaigns. It’s all the same hypocrisy & lying tactics also used by Clinton to cater to their friends while the little guy slowly rots. In Joe Biden’s words they should all be taken behind the barn.
Andrew S. please enlighten me as I must have been out of the country & only came home this morning, because I don’t know whatyou’re talking about.

Great cometary HOLLY

Get used to it Canadians , more and more a public sector economy , that means more taxes increasing every year on every thing

The lib-tards are stalling on real economic winners, while boldly proclaiming young people need to get used to not having the same standards of living or good jobs their parents had. Then are stunned when they get rightly criticised.

“It’s simply unacceptable when the minister of finance is saying young people need to get used to precarity, young people need to get used to not having the same opportunity as other generations have had,” said Briana Broderick, a youth delegate representing the United Steel Workers union at the forum.

“This concept that we won’t have as much as other generations had, that’s really frustrating people.”

It’s about empathy folks, and none of these sociopaths frigging with the means to keep your family warm in the winter has a family that is vulnerable to the inflationary spiral energy is taking because of theses asshats diking with the supply-demand dynamics.

It would do them all well to spend a winter in a northern community

Liberals don’t care about anyone except quebec and Ontario the rest of Canada is just an atm for them.

Stalled pipeline protects aid Warren Buffet and his Canadian rail interests – Buffet has a pay for play access to the government so his agenda takes precedent over the people’s energy needs.
