Liberals “scapegoat” lawful Canadian gun owners after Florida shooting

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale is promising more rules for lawful Canadian gun owners in the next few years and is taking encouragement from the American calls for gun control after the recent school shooting in Florida.

Goodale told Ipolitics:

“we're working on the final detail right now. It's just about ready to go to the house. I hope to table it in Parliament within the next few weeks.”

Those previously promised reforms include requiring gun retailers to cooperate with police investigations and to keep sales and inventory records - like a registry.

The Liberals previously promised to “tighten up” rules around transport permits for restricted firearms and it would seem that accosting lawful firearms owners will be the only Liberal election promise they may actually keep.

But it’s really not about keeping promises. Since when do Liberals do that anyway? This is about changing the channel away from the Liberals disastrous trip to India and preying on our emotions about the Parkland shooting to do it.

It’s shameless and unfounded.

Watch my video to see why we should all be frightened by a government that takes its policy cues from poorly coached child activists in another country, rather than evidence.

When you say “pointless and unreasonable to reason with us” now what.?? You want to disarm us and control us..

The only one being unreasonable is yourself and you don’t even read the commonsense that other people write down… We don’t love guns Robbie we love beer and peace and liberty and raising of our families without interference from the peoples who’s wages we pay while going about our daily business of being in control of those people who’s wages we pay…!! Free people who enjoy liberty don’t need an establishment to do they’re thinking for them.

Poor Bobby is under the misapprehension that Canada does not have a “gun culture”. The unenlightened grasshopper does not know his history. The colonists came with their guns. The Crown could not always defend them, so militias were formed, just like in the states. The Second Amendment was derived from the need to have armed private citizens. Private firearm ownership is a part of Canadian culture and our heritage. So is the Common Law right of self defence and the right to defend one’s home which has existed from the time of Magna Carta. Canada did not start with the election of Trudeau the First.

OK I can see that I am talking to wannabe Americans, who are living in Canada and think the second amendment applies to them in a country couldn’t be more safe compared to America thus the reason why most Canadians have no need for a gun outside of hunting and sport.

So it’s pointless to continue trying to be reasonable and rational with you. You just have a hard on for guns and should have left Canada a long time ago and moved to America, so you can be a proud NRA member. You are simply living in the wrong culture with that mentality – we don’t have a gun culture in Canada and there is nothing you can say that will change that fact.

Like the studies have said – gun lovers are trying to compensate for a small penis.

And don’t worry Robbie… you don’t have to have or own any firearms if you don’t want too.. nobody is forcing you into non-ownership. But just remember the difference between “freedom and liberty” and the sociological ramifications of ratcheting down the liberties of the people who make up the voice of society click by click. Or you can find a big strong woman to hide behind to defend your life while she risks her own in your defence.

I still remember this poll, and laugh my head off every time I think of it!!!!
“Clinton’s odds of winning the presidency rose from 78% last week to 91% Monday before Election Day, according to CNN’s Political Prediction Market.”

The proof is in the pudding stupid… keep in mind the media is owned by the Freakshow that wants to disarm the Canadian public all the way down to their common sense..!! Why do you think the government tap dances and tiptoes around gun control because they know they would start a bloody riot where the majority of the people would learn that the majority of the people are in favour of No government interference with their right to own private property if they came all at once and tried to steal your property.!! example guns.!! They have been on a campaign since forever to disenfranchise the youth over the importance of firearms, self-defence and nationalism and how it pertains to their liberties… Do you know the difference between liberty and freedom..?? Freedom is when you find the cage door open and you can escape for a little while… Liberty is when you can annihilate the one who attempts to cage you in the first place.!!! The ability to think critically and use common sense is obviously not so common anymore.!

Bobby, the last Liberal government that passed the Firearms Registry got defeated and their registry repealed. Firearms owners vote and there are a lot more of them now. History is on the side of firearms owners. All you have is some slanted Globe and Mail poll. Bobby, you are such a card.

No one cares about the people you know. Prove it with a poll. Maybe you can fund a Rebel poll.

Sure… 68% of the people in one square block that mostly make up the queer pride community and every other leftist Freakshow imaginable..
99% of the people I speak to are all for open carry and responsible ownership.
So my 99 trumps you’re 68 ..

Little Grey Cells uploaded this very interesting vid yesterday. You many also find his video from a Feb.19/18 of interest. It’s titled Ottawa is a S**hole. It’s long, and speaks to the shootings up to the date the video was uploaded.

Prove it. Show me anything that proves that a majority of Canadians just love guns. Don’t just pull things out of your ass, because YOU love guns.

Yeah, sure Bobby we saw all those fake lefty polls back in the day of Allen Rock. Canadians are wise to the bleating from the left and are not motivated by it. There is an old expression support for gun control is a mile wide….and an inch deep.

Edward, I believe Ottawa shootings in 2018 are now at 20.

Hey Bobby, go out to Saskatchewan and Alberta where farmers are being robbed blind without a Gravel Road Cop in sight, and tell them all about how safe you feel and how they don’t need guns. Come back and tell me how it went after you take the farmer’s boot out of your…well you know.

Bobby rock… You sound like Trudo when you’re “speaking for all Canadians”

with your statement saying “most Canadians”… Most Canadians do not need you speaking for them …!! In fact all “real Canadians” would say you have absolutely nothing to fear from law-abiding citizens who were well armed and could protect your life should be instance arise
Grow up .!

Bob Rock: The 68 shootings were in Ottawa alone. Considering Canada’s population is a fraction of other countries. And the rise of Communism in North America is a huge concern. If you would have told me a few years back that CIA director Brenan had voted for a communist I would have suspected you made it up. But knowing this Obama hired him anyhow. And how about mad Maine Waters just another in the push far left. I would have never thought I would see the day that CNN would defend Antifa who have been at a number of events wielding baseball bats on anyone (including media ) who have dared to question them. I would have never dreamed I would have seen a day where we have a Prime Minister who openly praised the Dictatorship of Communist China or lauded Fidel Castro as a great leader upon his death or show support t mosques who have been identified for promoting radical beliefs or a media that while accusing Trump of being endorsed by David Duke ( an endorsement he himself claimed he never gave) while simultaneously hid the fact that Barack Obama met with the infamous Anti-Semitic Black Supremacist Islamist Louis Farrakhan. Even Liberal law professor Allan Dershowitz mentioned had he known he would have never voted or campaigned for Obama. So yes I strongly disagree with your premise that mass killing of violence could ever happen here and really see no basis for you to think that we are somehow more evolved or better than any other country in which these things occurred. Our Universities are filled with teacher’s promoting communism. Why would you think we would fair any better?

Here is a real laugh for the far left. Awr Hawkins of Breitbart reports that NRA membership is up 4,900% since the Florida School shooting. The NRA is truly blessed, they have a great looking spokesperson, with fabulous hair, who actually has a brain and can speak fluently. Dana is great!

Most of Canada is unarmed and don’t masturbate at the thought of a gun, so that’s not a issue even though crime and violence is low in Canada compared to other countries. Most Canadians would say there is no need to own a gun in safe Canada.

Martin Ashfield,

Let me know when you come up with a sane and sensible argument for guns in Canada, where you don’t have the second amendment and Canada is a paradise when it comes to a lack of crime and murder for the most part compared to other countries. We almost live in a utopia when it comes crime and violence. I couldn’t feel more safe that I do in Canada.
