The CPC don’t look good as the Leader should be 20 points ahead of the Libs after all that has happened lately. Oh well, there is still the Vice Admiral Mark Norman scandal.

…and the CPC executive is a swamp that needs some draining. Its why Bernier could not stay. Look at the old guard still involved.

Ron you are right. Its the party executive.

Liza Rosie…“..so what happened with Scheer and Bernier can’t happen again. That was some hanky panky on the part of elections Canada .”
-————————————————————————-
You had my head spinning with the above, as I couldn’t figure out what was wrong.
I would like to blame Elections Canada for the Bernier — Scheer race, however it is run by the CPC. In fact they can pick their leader by playing Black-Jack if the Party Executives agree on it. That is why the Parties have different systems for choosing their Leader, as it is up to the Party Executive.

What I would like to see laws both federal and provincial that if any bureaucrat works to undermine or contradict the will of the elected government, they are terminated immediately, and maybe even charged if it is warranted.

How many federal bureaucrats worked to undermine Harper? Many no doubt.
How many Alberta provincial bureaucrats will work to undermine Kenny? Many no doubt.

I live in Edmonton and I too am frustrated at how this city votes NDP. An NDP’er was voted in my riding and apparently, it’s his second time around and I’ve never even heard of him before! It’s a gov’t town and I agree, it’s obviously the public servants that vote NDP cuz no one I know would vote for them.
commented 2019-04-17 14:31:47 -0400 · Flag
Notley didn’t add all those useless gov’t jobs for nothing. It was her only hope. Thank heaven it wasn’t enough. Lets hope Kenney can do some culling and drain and clean out that swamp.

" If Kenney holds to his speech…", again I completely agree Peter.

I wonder how much the final count will affect things. Its hard to imagine there won’t be some tomfoolrey. It seems like a crazy way to conduct a vote. I’d like to see something done about that, so what happened with Scheer and Bernier can’t happen again. That was some hanky panky on the part of elections Canada which is supposed to be non partisan and completely transparent of course. I worry for Oct. and the upcoming federal election.

Great coverage Rebel, I watched all night.

Robert H commented 1hour ago , I will continue my one man boycott of Redmonton like I’ve been doing for years now . Actually Robert you’re not alone as I haven’t spent a dime in that 💩hole since they voted for their socialist scum ! I used to spend thousands in Redmonton but in the last four years and counting not a dime and until they grab a clue I will continue to boycott Redmonton so you’re not alone .

I see Edmonton voted their government union pocketbooks over what was good for the province overall. Typical selfish commie leftists. I realize that not all Edmontonians fit this description. Edmonton must be full of Torontonians LOL.

They don’t call it Redmonton for nothing. I will continue my one man boycott of Redmonton like I’ve doing for years now.

I really enjoyed the streaming coverage by our Rebel last night compared with the obvious biased CBC and CTV coverage.
Yes. Notley and Wynne are our political adversaries.
But the real enemy and threat to sustaining some semblance of democracy in Canada is the combined force of the media, much of it bought off by the Liberal government and special interests.
The media and the apparatchik journalists have erected a new IRON CURTAIN to prevent any alternative viewpoint other than their own socialist communistic goals. This is why they despise THE REBEL.
I didn’t donate to coverage last night but did provide financial support to KEEAN’’s rolling billboard. We need to keep this singular voice alive and well and I’m looking forward to us putting a thorn in the side of Trudeau over the upcoming months.

Ron Joseph , I agree with your comment and I guess when government workers play with a bull they will eventually get the horns ! As far as I’m concerned they are traitors to Alberta and should be dealt with accordingly ! Here’s hoping they reap what they sow .

Ron Christensen, I feel for the few conservatives in Redmonton , having to live beside socialist scum .
-——————————————————
Don’t worry Ron, as the NDP punishment isn’t over, especially in the Edmonton area.
Remember Notley hired 10’s of thousands of (mostly unnecessary) Government Workers. It will be like shooting fish in a fishbowl for Kenney when he has to take Alberta out of its economic tailspin by cutting costs.

Great show. Professional. Considering your budget, very well done. I was watching detailed returns on the muted TV while listening and watching Rebel on my laptop.
Looking forward to your broadcast in October and hoping you will be able to do the same for the BC election that could happen at any time.
Suggestion: Reporter on the floor for occasional interviewing of politicos and supporters and/or invite them to your broadcast desk. As well as a reporter at the other party’s main bash (if they let you in).

IF Kenny holds to his speech, then he is the man for the job. We will see.

Notley, oh Notley, you went down, now you are the resident clown and it looks good on you. The people spoke, it had nothing to do with Islam.

I am concerned about the votes that were done by people from outside the riding that will be counted in the upcoming days.

If the vote count suddenly jumps for the NDP with these other ballots …

I’m happy for Alberta. I hope it’s a similar result for all of Canada in October.

And to re-post from a previous site:- I toasted Alberta tonight with some Big Rock Honey Lager, the only Alberta brew I could find here on Vancouver Island… In the next two days, and as the advance polls are counted, and Notley is further “flushed”, I’ll do so again…

Jan G… I’m sure I’m not the only Canadian who was “a tad ticked off” to have CTV cut off Kenney midway through his victory speech… Could you image them doing that to Notley or the Boy Blunder??? CTV has a lot of “splainin’” to do given it was supposedly “full election coverage” and even the CBC carried the full speech (!)… I would encourage all Albertans to boycott CTV until there is a valid explanation for this bizarre, and obviously deliberate act, because I sure as Hell will from now on!…

Carole Masse, there are 31,752 lakes in Quebec. There are already two pipelines that bring oil into Quebec from the US: the Portland Pipeline and Enbridge Line 9. Pipelines are the safest way to transport energy.
When Alberta oil money has paid 32% of Canada’s bills for the past 50 years, the least Eastern Canada could do is buy Alberta oil instead of foreign.

I had fun watching rebel election coverage tonight. I actually had quality entertainment. Ezra is a quality personality. John Candy-ish personality.

.Sorry to disappoint you Keean, but I doubt if McGrath will send you a fruit and chocolate basket.
.CTV just described Notley as “kinder, more cooperative” as opposed to Kenney; her politics were “inspirational” (because she was a woman); she was “personable and honest”!
.SHE’S NOT RESIGNING! We’ll have to listen to her, if she gets a chance to talk!
‘Strong and Free’ should be the new Alberta anthem.
.CTV got bored and cut off Mr. Kenney’s speech and ended the show at 12:30.
.Who are the loud and angry voices on social media??
.I thought Stephen Harper may have been the last to ever say ‘God bless you’; it was nice to hear it again.
*Don Martin said there are ‘many good Directors General’ in place to make sure things are done properly!! Just what Ezra said.

A great night for Alberta, a great day for Canada.
GREAT COVERAGE and a very special thanks to TheRebel.
