I forgot, in my last comment, Tommy had time added to his first sentence for breaking the conditions of his release, if the Judge (at the window) added this time, then he is at fault. Would this be enough to obtain his release?

Ezra, in addition to my last comment. Tommy was arrested for ‘breaking the conditions of his early release from jail’, which stated, in part, that He was not to go near a court house, film or cause to be filmed, a court house, or publish the names of people entering or leaving a court house. He broke those conditions and was sent back ti jail for doing so. The Judge (at the window) was there to sign the papers required to return him to jail, Tommy is now back in jail serving the sentence given to him at his original trial.
Having said that, I would like to say that I am a great supporter of Tommy and think that the whole thing was a set up, probably by Theresa May and her false flag Conservative friends.

Ezra, I have just finished watching Battle Ground and believe that You missed the point on the arrest of Tommy Robinson.
The fact that the Judge (at the window) ‘witnessed’ the arrest of Tommy Robinson is enough to preclude him from passing sentence.
British law states that any Judge who witnesses the arrest of somebody, cannot pass sentence on said person. This is because the Judge may see the person, being arrested, attempting to resist the Police Officers and so bias his/her opinion.
