Lorne Gunter: Jody Wilson-Raybould's partisan silence on SNC Lavalin

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant ShowEdmonton Sun columnist Lorne Gunter and I talked about Gerald Butts' resignation, and Jody Wilson-Raybould's continued silence on the SNC-Lavalin scandal.

Lorne and I agree that Jody Wilson-Raybould made a principled decision when she refused to forgive the corruption of SNC Lavalin, but her continued silence in the name of "attorney-client privilege" is suspicious.

Although Wilson-Raybould is no longer a cabinet minister, she's still a Liberal MP and will be running as a Liberal in the upcoming election. So she still has an interest in keeping the Trudeau government in power.

WATCH my interview with Lorne to see why he thinks there's no reason for Wilson-Raybould to remain silent.

What are the chances he will allow her to speak and thereby blow up the Liberal Party? She can always give the excuse that she is awaiting advice from her lawyer.
