May and Merkel crackdown on Internet Free Speech

Rebel Staff

Theresa May introduced regulations that force internet companies to keep records on their customers’ browsing history as well as giving the government the power to break encryption on apps like Whatsapp. Theresa May's Conservatives are doing this because they want to ensure no "safe space for terrorists to be able to communicate online.”

Germany’s cabinet headed by Angela Merkel passed legislation to tackle online hate speech because, apparently, offending people with different cultures is the type of issue they care about. The law enables Germany to fine social media companies up to 50 million euros for not reacting swiftly enough to reports of hate speech

I’m fearful for the future of the Internet, because pretty soon, the Internet, as we know it, will be a thing of the past. We’ll wake up to the Internet more familiar to China or North Korea-- not the United Kingdom or Germany because we won’t have personal privacy and free speech anymore. Let’s not let that happen.

Merkel is a demonic globalist monster who is committing high treason and genedice against the native inhabitants of Europe. And of course she has no children of her own.

I see The EU’s inviting Islamic terror migration into their socialist utopias has forced them to make a gulag of their once free nations with spying and suspicion of the population.

Those that fail to learn from history end up repeating history.
A history lesson, check out the similarities.

Nazi (National Socialist German Workers’ Party) Propaganda and Censorship
https://www.ushmm.org/outreach/en/article.php?ModuleId=10007677
“… The Nazi Propaganda Ministry, directed by Dr. Joseph Goebbels, took control of all forms of communication in Germany: newspapers, magazines, books, public meetings, and rallies, art, music, movies, and radio. Viewpoints in any way threatening to Nazi beliefs or to the regime were censored or eliminated from all media. During the spring of 1933, Nazi student organizations, professors, and librarians made up long lists of books they thought should not be read by Germans. Then, on the night of May 10, 1933, Nazis raided libraries and bookstores across Germany. They marched by torchlight in nighttime parades, sang chants, and threw books into huge bonfires. On that night more than 25,000 books were burned. Some were works of Jewish writers, including Albert Einstein and Sigmund Freud. Most of the books were by non-Jewish writers, including such famous Americans as Jack London, Ernest Hemingway, and Sinclair Lewis, whose ideas the Nazis viewed as different from their own and therefore not to be read. … Schools also played an important role in spreading Nazi ideas. While some books were removed from classrooms by censors, other textbooks, newly written, were brought in to teach students blind obedience to the party, love for Hitler, and antisemitism. After-school meetings of the Hitler Youth and the League of German Girls trained children to be faithful to the Nazi party. …”

The second, and perhaps most effective, technique employed by Hitler and his propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels, was the “Big Lie,” the idea that you could tell a lie, often the more outrageous the better, and repeat it so often that opposition to the lie—the truth—could be overwhelmed and people would believe the lie to be the truth and disbelieve the actual truth. … "

WHERE DOES THE ASSAULT ON FREE SPEECH END? DOES IT END WHEN YOU TELL YOUR CHILD LOUDLY TO STAY OFF THE ROAD OR WHEN YOU SAY A ISLAMIC BOMBER WHEN HE / SHE / IT IS SCREAMING ALLAHU AKBAR AS HE /SHE / IT RUNS OVER YOUR CHILD OR WHEN YOU SAY LIFE BEGINS AT CONCEPTION. FREE SPEECH IS FREE SPEECH USE IT OR LOSE IT. TYRANNY BEGINS WHEN FREE SPEECH IS DENIED BY GOVERNMENTS. IF A GOVERNMENT ISSUES A LAW OR REGULATION AGAINST FREE SPEECH IT LOSES THE HONOR OF GOVERNING AND SHOULD BE THROUGHEN OUT OF OFFICE WHETHER BY VOTE OR REVOLTION.

Don’t forget that it was that snake Obama that handed over control of the internet to the UN. May and Merkel are just following the globalist agenda. This is all about covering for the cult of Islam, and their goal of world domination.

A few things here: I am really starting to worry that Theresa May is a wolf is sheep’s clothing, another fake, Angela Merkel, ‘conservative’. If I didn’t know any better she is casting about for a way to stop “brexit”. Secondly, whatever happened to the concept of “excessive punishment”. God knows the Holmolkas of the world and all the other sickos are always having their lawyers arguing against “excessive punishment”. Yet the government levying fines high enough to take away your house for “hate speech” (hurt feelings) isn’t considered “excessive”. I guess “excessive” is defined by your ideological spectrum.

First, let’s start with what is a terrorist for the globalist gov’ts? Not one of them has said it is an islamic terrorist. If you are against globalism, mass muslim immigration, against sharia, etc, I have no doubt that you will be considered a terrorist at one point. They already say that it is hate speech if you denounce the forced islamisation of your country.

Freedom of speech is getting complicated

Well done Jay
Billy Howard
Well said.
How many non white people have been charged with hate crimes in Canada, Zero.
For example the the video an imam calling for death to Jews here in Canada but no charges because he misspoke I am mixed race, but I know some races are against mixing in any form, guess who they are. To say white people are the only racist is simply not true.

Merkel is just a nasty Nazi anyway. As for May, I am not sure. If she is just after Terrorist communications, that’s fine but it should be remembered that they have Hate Crime and Thought Crime in the UK. Time will tell.

In a war, you focus on destroying your enemy, at all costs.
The proposed laws/regulations you talk about should be designated as having ONLY to do with “radical Islam and Islamic terrorism”. Not a blanket rule.
We’re not at war with pornographers or “fake news” producers. They’re not killing our citizens and attacking western civilization.
Rights and freedoms are important, but when you’re at war, focus new laws and rules against the ENEMY, and ONLY the enemy.

But only restrict the Internet for those whom they disagree with, not for themselves, of course.
commented 2017-06-01 14:46:17 -0400
The Internet is the last free speech space, so it is only obvious that those who have the “wanna be fascist dictator gene” (i.e. most of the socialist left) will do what they can to restrict it.
