Liberals ignored China's human rights abuses, now McCallum reveals the cost

Christopher WilsonRebel Commentator

Immigration Minister John McCallum was in Vancouver discussing the goals of his recent trip to China. He noted that China is number one for temporary visas comprised mainly of tourists and so, the Liberals want to broaden and deepen our ties to the country.

I took the opportunity to question him on some of China’s well-known human rights abuses, like organ harvesting.

Watch to see the Minister’s responses and consider Justin Trudeau’s now infamous remarks about admiring China’s basic dictatorship.

It’s hard not to conclude that since Chinese tourists spent $292B in Canada in 2015, Liberals will turn a blind eye to their human rights abuses.

Kevin Brown are you serious?

I just feel dirty even looking at that slog’s face, and thinking he can make any decisions at all for Canada. I wonder how the millennials feel now that voted for this old sack of fumes?

McCallum is angling for a liver transplant in China, paid for by Taxpayers of Canada of course. That is why he “admires” China like his boss, Gerald Butts!

Kevin Brown. If you think China executes bad people only, they you are the biggest idiot in the world. China takes minorities like Falun Gong and House Christians and uses them for live organ harvesting. These people are nothing more than political prisoners being persecuted for their beliefs. Wake up.

I’m convinced Jay Kelly is dyslexic – nothing else (except willful deception) explains how he can invert the reality of Canada’s trade imbalance and the billion dollar trade deficit the Liberals have blown with China
Jay – Canada is a net exporter, we export 90% of our production, China is a net importer, importing the even basic raw materials of survival like food, building material and metals.

Macallum/Trudeau blew a multi billion dollar trade deal with china in both the agricultural sector (setting producer prices back) but he refuses to get the pipe lines built to BC ports that will supply the Chinese demand for Western petroleum.

How these facts translate into your contention that Trudeau is better than Harper (a degreed economist) at trade is either a mater of dyslexic reading ability or partisan morbidity.

D.H.CHAISSON: For a while the hung over slob couldn’t even spit out the figures, let alone make any sense out of it. What the fk does quoting what the world wide expenditures of Chinese tourism do. If he said what they spent in Canada it may have helped. You would have to be deaf, dumb and blind not to see the contempt McCallum had in dealing with the rebel reporter, the old don’t waste my time attitude. D.H. , I guess you prefer the “professional” writers of the CBC to the Rebel amateurs. If so you know where to GO.

D.H. Chaisson states: “The Chinese spent $292B globally…” Could you provide Rebel readers with data that states this? Mr. McCallum himself quoted the figure. Are we to call him a liar? The Canada Tourism site has no up-dated data. Last update goes back 3 years.
commented 2016-08-19 08:39:11 -0400
Who writes this propaganda? The Chinese spent $292b GLOBALLY; not just in Canada. More amateur Rebel writers at the helm.

Jay Kelly socialists do not care for human rights, China is socialist you fool. You are right out retarded.

Drew – he’s a troll – a hired fuckhead who gets paid minimum wage by some interest (probably tied to Soros) to argue crap.

Ignore this piece of shit – most other blogs that aren’t socialist get this type of troll showing up all the time -there’s only a few – the unspoken tactic is to down vote and ignore.

In this case – ignore. Or call him a troll and tell him to fuck off – don’t waste your energy on a response.

This sounds more like CBC than Rebel
Human rights ?
China executes bad people good ,takes their organs to save the lives of good people ,good .All these things should be done in Canada
China cares about human rights of its citizens and dosnt flood its country with Muslims and expose them to all that Canadians have to live with .
China is real tuff on the Muslims that were born there to keep them inline .
This reporter wants a way to bash McCallum good but don’t bash the Chinese to do it ,why not go after the fact he is a drunk

Christopher Wilson. Good work pressuring the evil liberal regime and getting them to show their true colors.

The immigration minister just gives me the creeps. Plus Trudeau and Dion.

Bill Elder best comment of the day. But if you consider how much the ole lush can drink that bar tab may have broken the communist party in China.
commented 2016-08-19 01:32:52 -0400
When it comes to China – human rights abuses are the least of my concerns. I don’t know why the Rebel would bother with Human Rights in China. The BIGGER concern is the flood of Chinese immigrants which McCallum is proposing. Canada has more than its share of Chinese and in places like Vancouver they have completely pushed out European Canadians.

If I was a reporter for a supposedly right wing blog there is a long list of questions I would be asking McCallum and human rights isn’t one of them

The figure of $292 BILLION from Chinese tourists is completely erroneous! The entire tourism industry is worth less than $100 Billion. There is no way that Chinese tourists spent $292 Billion in Canada IMPOSSIBLE!! Is McCallum so stupid that he didn’t question such an inflated figure or does he think we are stupid? I thought he was an economist for the Banks? I am surprised that the reporter didn’t question this gargantuan figure. To put these figures into perspective Canada and the US have the largest trading relationship in the world Canada exports about $325 Billion in Goods and Services to the US.

What Mr. McCallum fails to grasp is that good “friends” can discuss issues that are important to them without being rebuked or shut down. We are not friends in the true sense of friendship. Our government are like star struck low level functionaries crawling on their bellies, selling out the principles to appease their communist masters whose admitted admiration should have cost Trudeau the election if the networks had expressed a rational disdain at his disgusting and frighteningly revealing of the inner workings of the real Trudeau’s mind.
commented 2016-08-18 23:47:47 -0400
OK, Rebelation Rebelation, Harper was the great defender of “human rights, individual rights, and environmental rights.”

But he still tried to maintain trade relationships with the big powers.

Trudeau’s Liberal government is better at that. They have a pragmatic approach that seems to be working.

Truth is, Canada is a capitalist country.
commented 2016-08-18 23:37:33 -0400
Jay. Actually, you’re wrong. It’s not the Socialists that are worried about Human Rights, it seldom is. It’s the conservatives. It was Harper for several years refusing to do business with them for that reason, compared to Trudeau who couldn’t care less and is full steam ahead. As usual, your Lefty backward-brain got it – well – backwards!!
commented 2016-08-18 23:24:53 -0400
Wow. Canada has a struggle at hand. Capitalism would teach us obviously that we should do everything we can to work out trade deals with China. This is not some minor trading partner, this is one quarter of the world.

Socialists would say that we must protect human rights, individual rights, and environmental rights.

On this one, The Rebel is solidly on the side of Greenpeace.

But is their a balance that McCallum can work out?
commented 2016-08-18 23:12:33 -0400
Well……I will ask this question again. What type of warped mind could ever vote or support these idiots in government? It is a rhetorical question of course, as I know the answer. One only needs to read the comments from the resident leftist regressive fucktards to this site.
commented 2016-08-18 22:29:23 -0400
Look at that purple nosed piss tank McCallum – another fucking Canadian export embarrassment.

Glug Glug Glug ya fucking drunk McCallum!!!!
commented 2016-08-18 22:24:06 -0400
I see Fudd the fermenting potato head is back on his alcohol drip again. He may have to start hiding his flask if the Buck Toothed Beaver , Dizzy the other drunk jumps ship and joins the Liberal slop trough. As for McCallum, the stammering drunk couldn’t even SPIT THE FIGURES OUT when asked That $292 billion was probably money the Chinese spent buying up half of Vancouver’s real estate.

If a person ever has to puke just watch JT’s sloberfest with the clutch of fawning bimbos as he gives them the business on that basic dictatorship of China giberish.Especially when he jabs Harper and the starry eyed douchettes coo and caw their lemming like response.

Truth be known, old hiccup was probably over there shopping for a new liver. Who said those old liberal fossils couldn’t multi-task.
