McGuinty “minion” gets jail time, Media Party spins to protect Wynne

David MenziesMission Specialist

Ontario’s cancelled gas plant scandal was just one of several billion-dollar boondoggles to occur in the province under the reprehensible McGuinty/Wynne Liberals but at long last, one of their minions found guilty in the attempted cover-up of the scandal is going to jail.

But, watch as I show you how members of the Media Party are covering the conviction of a fellow liberal.

The huge contracts signed by McGuinty should be made public without any redaction. The taxpayers need to know what we are paying for and who is getting all the kickbacks.
The Germans have a name for this, it is called Schmiergelden.

Typo alert: “waster” in my last comment should have read, “waste”. Referring to the despicable CBC.

James MacMaster, you’re bang on. And the fact that the CBC didn’t cover Livingston’s sentencing demonstrates what a despicable waster of taxpayer-paid space they are. This is blatant political cover, nothing else.

Andrew, such a predictable post. Wow, for someone who is moving to Ontario, you sure don’t know it’s history! Wynne is knee deep into this! "

I lived there til 2014.
How so? She was a Liberal minister at the time, but not one directly involved with gas plants. I get it, she’s a Lberal and all Liberals are guilty of (hyperbolic scandalous allegation #47), but this one’s pretty thin unless you can’t tell the difference between McGuinty and Wynne.

I lived in Toronto when this happened. It’s not like I’m unfamiliar with it. By the way of the elections I voted in there, it was 3/3 for the NDP. The closest I ever came to voting for a Liberal was Smitherman in the mayor race, and even that was but a strategic vote against captain cocaine.

Andrew she ran interference for the scandal. She is guilty as well.

Do we really expect anything more from the Liberal’s propaganda outfit – the media party. Oh, it was all McGuinty’s fault. The rest of the party was helpless to speak out, or do anything, or change direction, or cooperate in getting him jailed for his part in this. The same old Liberal (leftist) spin – “we aren’t corrupt, we’re just hopelessly incompetent – vote for us”.

The “media party” understands the difference between guilt by association and actual association.

No, the gas plant scandal wasn’t the “Wynne/McGuinty” Liberals. It was the McGuinty Liberals – the inclusion of the slash is definitely guilt by association. Wynne is guilty of many things, but this isn’t one of them.

He will be out in approx. 40 days.
It is a lenient sentence given the gravity of this white collar crime!
Mockingbird media is taking it easy on the Liberal Party, and sowing the seeds of sympathy for a convicted criminal…the apology to everyone but the taxpayer is not surprising.
Of course he wasn’t acting alone, he was following orders and somehow all this gets very little attention.

This guy is just a goat who did what he was told to do.

Yet in all the time since his December 2015 arrest, and even now upon his conviction, the media still isn’t asking the question: “Is it reasonable to believe that he did this on his own volition?”

Exceptional service to the liebrals. Billions in costs to every Canadian Ontarian

Only 4 months? I sure would like to see Wynne and all others involved do some time. Butts have anything to do with this? He was instrumental in getting both Mcginty and Wynne into power.

Keith and Helen Harvey, I think you are right, David Livingston will take the fall for everyone involved. As if Wynne knows nothing!

The mafia is more trustworthy than either the provincial or federal Liberal parties.

The corrupt Ontario Liberals, with their SJW MSM lapdogs, are really something to behold. A normal person couldn’t imagine it. What a pleasure it will be to see the Liberals heaved out of office in a few months.

Finally a bit of Justice but nothing for Wynne & McGuinty, double standard for the elite.Rebel Fan, yes no government positions if you have a criminal record.

The Star is notorious for subliminal infiltration into the minds of it’s readers. Much to my own shock, they actually cut back after I took them to task on it about 10yrs ago. I think it was the shock that someone could see through them that caught them off guard, and their subsequent knee-jerk reaction.

The Liberals operate like the mob. the head always gets others to do his dirty work, so’s he never goes to jail. But there’s is a way to get McGuinty on this.

People who are convicted of crimes shouldn’t be allowed to work for any government at any level in Canada.

The Sacrificial Lamb hits bottom. Four months, lucky corrupt minion of Evil Auntie Wynne, should have gotten at least 2 years. Threatened with that kind of penalty maybe he would of rolled over on the head honcho of the crime. He will probably be out early for good behavior and then be inserted into some plum job for taking one for the team. Maybe some Liberal hater on the inside will kick his ass, I can only hope.
