I just came back from the annual March for Life in Edmonton.
It takes place every year in May in cities all across Canada and is the largest pro-life demonstration you’ve probably never heard about.
The mainstream media doesn’t give equal amounts of coverage to the peaceful pro-life, pro-family March for Life as they do to the vulgar, profane and sometimes violent Women’s March despite similar sizes.
Rain and cold weather aside, 3,000 Albertans turned up on the steps of the legislature to let the political establishment know that it’s still okay to be pro-life.
Watch as I share the reactions of the pro-life movement to Rachel Notley's free speech crackdowns, and to hear why I couldn't be happier that six pro-choice science fiction fans dressed as handmaidens from the Handmaid's Tale showed up to counter-protest.
What I saw at the March for Life was a peaceful, tolerant movement that’s being lied about by their own government, and I'm so glad I was there to tell the other side of the story.
