Migrant blames 'cultural differences' for molesting child at UK train station and AVOIDS JAIL

StaffRebel Columnist

34-year-old Somali migrant Ali Abdullahi claimed he wasn't in the wrong for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl because of 'cultural differences'.

He told police that he doesn't grasp the sexual boundary between men and women in the UK despite moving there in 2011, according to Express.

Judge Graham Cottle said his motives back in 2013 were sexually motivated and not due to 'cultural differences' as he claimed. The victim “was probably very frightened” Cottle told Abdullahi.

“Later that day you approached another slightly older victim who got on the train traveling towards Bristol Temple Meads. You behaved completely inappropriately towards her,” Judge Cottle added.

Abdullahi pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault.

Judge Cottle said that if he went to prison the sentence would be short and he would come out an untreated sex offender. Instead, Abdullahi was given a community order and told to attend a sex offender course to improve his conduct with women.

I guarantee life in Canada will be going down the same road, once the human army is in place.

Has the entire world gone crazy? Every single immigrant that commits any crime should be prosecuted, serve their time and then deported. Any political leader, judge or police officer should loose their jobs for not protecting the people of their country. These Muslims seem to get away with horrific crimes. The people there have now where to turn. I think in the near future the people that are living in this nightmare will be forced to make a stand. May get ugly!!

I often wonder where these judges come from. We have the same type of judges in Canada so I guess they go to the same school. If an engineer designs a bridge which collapses due to a design flaw and a person is injured, the engieneer would be held liable and lose his right to practice. So why can’t individuals in the legal or medical professions be held accountable for their mistakes? If a judge decides that a person is not a threat to society and that the person released commits another crime, then should the judge not be sanctioned? I recall a case in Alberta where a murderer was released before serving his full sentence since a psychiatrist said that concluded that the offender would not commit another violent crime. The day the offender was released he killed the female driver of a cab that he had taken. The psychiatrist in this case should be held accountable and lose his license. The fact is he was not. Our system has some really major flaws.

This Scummer should have his Penis removed, before being deported. This way he will still have sexual urges but only virtual reality erections.

If I was the kids dad I would blow him away and explain that is my culture.

I hope those who are on to the catch and release legal systems that we have now, focus on taking pictures of those who are accused, so that real justice can happen in the streets!

“Abdullahi was given a community order and told to attend a sex offender course to improve his conduct with women.”

Yeah, as if that will work to stop him re-offending. Only way to stop re-offense is to stop the testosterone flow, and there is only one effective method to do that.

Alternatively, now that doctor assisted suicide or euthanasia is becoming more predominant for psychological issues, maybe this cultural divide qualifies for psychological pain that the poor Abdullahi can be put out of the misery he is in?

You can’t cure a sexual predator, you can only control their opportunity and giving a course is laughable. Why are people in charge so stupid?

Sadly, because it’s good for their business. Keeps lawyers and judges busy and billing.

So, if I beat the crap out of this guy for assaulting me does that mean I would be charged with assault because he didn’t think he did anything wrong?? That judge made a horrible mistake in letting this sentence slide.

Simple solution: involuntary gender reassignment surgery, followed by immediate deportation.

I can’t wait for vigilante justice to kick in. The judges no longer consider that we have any rights. Rights are only bestowed upon those who commit evil. People need to stop reporting anything to the police, and they need to stop expecting justice. Any kind of justice will happen on the street now, because that is the type of justice that is left, now that all governments have turned on their people.

You mean that is a defense? "Sorry I did not Pay my taxes, in my culture… You mean I am not allowed to carry a hand gun? In my culture… I am not allowed to produce and sell alcohol? In my culture… I was suppose to buy a sticker for my license plate every year? In my culture… How do you think any of those defenses would work out for this run of the mill white guy? We all know how they would play out. What about equality under the law? The only “equality” any government should be concerned with.

So much for protecting our children. Now it will get worse because a precedent has been formed.

You have to be joking. Do you think the Muslim Scum being imported in to the UK, are any different than what our Dicktratior is importing in to Canada.
You old Haggis Basher. Remember the old song ’There’s Nothing The Matter with Glasgow when it’s going round and round. Harry Lorder song.
You are just pissed off because a Canadian made Scotch was voted the best in the world. lol.

Pasted from regarding this same judge:
Below are some examples and quotes of some of his more questionable judgements
2003 – A PAEDOPHILE school bus driver who assaulted three young girls avoided jail yesterday. Paul Bartlett was on the school run despite having under-age sex with a 14-year-old and being on the sex offenders’ register. He then targeted the three girls aged 11 and 12. But judge Graham Cottle refused to jail Bartlett after a jury in Exeter found him guilty of indecent assault. He said Bartlett, 36, of Paignton, Devon, should undergo a sex offenders’ programme instead.
July 2008 – William Hart, 22, had sex with the 14 yr old girl on two occasions after meeting her at a party and swapping mobile phone text messages and emails through the MySpace social networking site and still walks free from court. Judge Cottle gave Hart, of St David’s Hill, a nine-month jail sentence, suspended for two years
July 2011 – AN internet paedophile caught by detectives in a sting operation in Exeter has walked free from court. Robert Powell, 57, travelled from his home in Liverpool to Exeter St David’s railway station in February expecting to meet a 13-year-old girl called Suzie.
But instead he was intercepted by officers from (CEOP) who had posed online as the fictitious teenager. Powell was arrested and later admitted five sexual offences including trying to “groom” a girl online and possessing more than 100 images of children of varying levels of severity, from level one to four.
Judge Graham Cottle said it would be “much more constructive” for Powell to undergo treatment than spend time in jail.
March 2012 – Suspended sentence for sexual assault on underage girl
Robert Lemin admitted the sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl. Jailed for 12 months, suspended for two years. A two-year supervision requirement.
May 2009 – Dangerous Pervert who abused 5 yr old girl escapes jail
A MAN who abused a five-year-old Exeter girl is now living under self-imposed house arrest because of the shame of his crime. Hudson, 57, was sentenced to 18 months in jail, suspended for two years by Judge Cottle. He had been convicted of indecently abusing the girl in Exeter in the 1990s and a similar offence against a 12-year-old youngster in another part of the country in the 1980s
May 2009 – Flasher under curfew
A PERSISTENT flasher will be electronically tagged and banned from going outdoors when school children are about. Howard Baker, 65, was given the three-month curfew at Exeter Crown Court, after being convicted of flashing at young girls across from the fence of their EXETER city school. Judge Cottle said that it was not possible to impose a jail sentence as Baker had already spent a year in custody, which is more than he would have served for the actual offence
August 2011 – ‘The Beast of Sligo’ free to roam the streets despite being jailed for 238 years?
Joseph McColgan, was jailed for a record 238 years for raping his own children. The Irishman, dubbed the Beast of Sligo, served just nine years before his early release in 2004. Then in June 2010 Judge Cottle gave him 30 months for possessing child pornography before being released early again.

I highly doubt those were the only two victims of this maggot.
good thing the judge let him go. you wouldn’t want to do your job unless it was a white guy…just sayin’.
so give me the short list,
which laws do apply…any?
rope is cheap and a tall oak is more than capable of supporting the weight of a fat judge.

here’s an idea. Why not make him go to jail and get therapy? It obviously wasn’t one of the judges children or relatives that was attacked.
