Migrant who raped 10-year-old boy in “sexual emergency” has sentence cut

StaffRebel Columnist

Yet again, the victims lose and the radicals win.

The Daily Mail reports that the migrant who raped a 10-year-old boy in a swimming pool because “had not had sex for four months” has had his sentence reduced and will soon be released.

READ: Iraqi migrant admits raping boy in Austrian swimming pool, says it was a “sexual emergency”

The Senate of the Supreme Court of Austria ruled the 20-year-old Iraqi migrant, known as Amir A, will have his sentence cut from seven to four years.

Senate president Thomas Philipp actually had the audacity to claim that “Four years are appropriate here.”

Do senate members need their children to be the victims of migrant rapes to understand these people belong behind bars? Absolutely sickening.

Sexual Emergency? Well, i guess that’s ok then. I suppose the boy and his family would understand. I mean, four months is a long time, right? Sarcasm. WHAT THE FRICK!? The fact that that was his defense should mean a LONGER sentence. It shows that he has NO moral issues with rape what so every. When that man gets out, he might try it again for sure. Islamic rape culture is real. But you never hear about it.

Harold Hoff… You absolutely nailed it and I wish people would become aware of how these atrocities are being heaped on us but it seems they would sooner live with their head in the sand or up their ass.!!

@DAN MANCUSO I’m with you. There is a trend from the Regressive-Left, and all the Brainwashed Council-of-Europe / UN Elite types (which are in out government) … Without writing a book here , it is about promoting every kind of perversion and debauchery, while at the same time using predatory legislation to tear the nuclear family into shreds. (you probably know I crusade for the protection of traditional family, because that’s always worked and the Left hates string families and children who can think for themselves). So in short, the “mainstreaming” of pedophilia as a sexual orientation / lifestyle choice or simply not prosecuting it because of “cultural relativism” is just one manifestation of all this destructive lunacy. The problem I have in Ontario with fixing a totally corrupt child “protection” industry is there is NO will to look at it, fix it, regulate it or police it… and if you’ve followed a spate of recent child-porn busts here, the one common element of where the feed-stock of children originate is? wait for it … children legally stolen from their homes and placed into state / foster care… groomed … and trafficked. Why has the source of most child porn shifted from Ukraine and Eastern Europe to places like Sweden and Norway? Because their laws criminalize most parents, making hem easy targets for child apprehensions. To solve these issues, we have to look at supply-side management. Children are commodities now, expendable, and easily sacrificed to the greater cause of “tolerance and inclusiveness”. Some great examples show this, like Rotherham UK. Sorry for the ramble, just a few thoughts, social science is complex and 100 seemingly unrelated issues all tie in together, but many cannot connect the dots on these things.

What do I think, you ask?
I think as far as this dirty POS Moslem homosexual child rapist is concerned, I can only hope some good citizen has an injustice-revenge-emergency and some sunny morning after bachi-bazi-man gets released from jail, finds him impaled on some public fence post or something!
I think Islamic terrorists will understand the reference to the effective methods of Vlad Tepes, or Kaziglu Bey…it’s the kind of response these savages understand.
Then go after the POS who reduced the sentence…

Shameful, and the boy who was raped has a much harder sentence to deal with!

Elton Ron… No it’s not because we were not the ones who gave out the sentence..!! We should stand up more and be louder and force the political will of the masses back to the elected civil servants that were sworn to serve the people the province in the country..

Kind of hard for us to be critical when 4 years is still 6 months longer than the BC imam got. How long before he gets out and what are the chances of deportation?

Nothing will be done until the traitor class fears us more than muslims. You see the angry faces of them demonstrating in all of the Middle East. Get angry and do the same thing.

I can’t wait until God, the real judge of humanity takes on those foolish Marxist judges, who are giving these pedophiles free passes for their horrific crimes.

I am a lover of tales of the American old west when, although God created man, Samuel Colt’s six-gun made all men equal. Before the establishment of law and order on a grand scale was established west of the Mississippi, vigilantism was the norm. If laws and courts cannot protect the innocent, perhaps it is time for citizens to take matters into their own hands. The ruling of the Senate of the Supreme Court of Austria is simply another reminder that those who are supposed to protect us are no longer in touch with reality. I am a firm believer in “justice is mine, sayeth the Lord” but I would not condemn anyone taking the law into their own hands when this kind of crap seems to be the norm.
