More bad economic news for Trudeau and his stimulus spending Liberals

Brian LilleyArchive

A new report by Bloomberg, a poll by Nanos Research and a number of other economic indicators are bringing more bad economic news for Justin Trudeau and his Liberals.

Despite all the promises that his stimulus spending would lift Canada out of Stephen Harper’s reign of economic darkness, that hasn’t happened.

Watch as I run through indicators showing the Canadian economy continues to sputter along as Canadians report not seeing much of a difference even though Trudeau is putting us deeper into debt.

Turns out this economy thing is a a lot more difficult than just unleashing a whole lot of stimulus spending on green infrastructure programs.

What ???!!! Hasn’t the economy taken care of itself yet? It’s 2016 for crying out loud! I am so disillusioned.

I love the way the Canadian MSM mocks Americans that support Trump but whitewash L’il Puto’s complete and utter incompetence. It’s gonna be a rough ride folks!

That is okay Justin! Just let your wife sing a song about how everything shall be okay! I am sure the Canadian voters will keep you in office as long as you promise them lots of drugs to get high on.
Why should you worry? Your are a millionaire and already have more than enough to last you & your family a lifetime especially since our tax dollars are used to look after your spoiled entitled children.

It’s time for Justin to take a walk in the snow like daddy. He can’t because of “Global Warming”
Maybe he and Gerald will take a long walk off a short pier!

Liberal strategy is to buy off the unions and media with the tax payer’s money so you will get all the free good press and foot soldiers to win your election. Then promise to throw enough money at problems and hope it will stick and pocket some of it in the process. If it fails blame the world economy and Harper for putting us in this position.
commented 2016-09-08 13:25:38 -0400
Sad thing is he will be reelected, although we can always hope I guess.

I agree with most of your post Deborah though I believe the idiots that voted for Junior will not be the ones paying the fiddler, it will be their children and grandchildren.

What the liberals don’t say, is that we the taxpayers get to pay their bills for greed and mismanagement. Canada won’t survive another Marxist Trudeau. We are still paying for PET’s debt. Pay back for these traitors is coming. They are just to dumb and ignorant to know it. The good times will end, and they will pay.

Yet they tossed out Harper when the economy was half decent. Don’t get it.

But yes, liberal economists will always claim that we didn’t spend enough.

Global warming? The extremely high temperatures are “frying the brains” (not that I think any of them have any) of Liberal voters! That is the “real” reason for our poor economy! (satire)

On a different note, do any of you watch the TV show “Brain Dead”? Perhaps that is what is happening to Liberal politicians. Their brains have been eaten by alien bugs! (again, I am poking fun at the excuses that the Liberals and the mainstream media will concoct to deflect attention from failed economic policies)!

DIETER CUNTH spewed ‘For one thing, every province is a third-world basket case, now. Texas’ GDP alone dwarfs Canada’s – what does that tell you?’
Well it tells me that Texas needs Justin Trudeau. He will fix that unrealistic economic growth and put Texas out of its misery.

It’s interesting, isn’t it ….

The US is being lifted out of years of economic gloom, while Canada isn’t catching one bit of that lift.

With economic growth at less than 1% in the quarter and inflation rising 1.6 -2% per month and real buying power collapsing and massive increases in energy costs – we have a transition from stag-flation to long term recession.

Remember increased federal debt is just a way of deferring a massive tax increase to you at a later date – the gamble being that the economy will absorn it then – well it hasn’t worked out that way ever since Keynes and FDR started the debt servicing slavery of the working class.

But the broken lives a mismanaged debt-strangled economy leaves don’t matter when your PM has pop star hair. Sigh, like the nation is afflicted with infantile paralysis.

No suprise that the spend yourself rich and let the budget balance itself strategy does not work. Wynne and Notley have met similar fates. The only people getting rich are Liberals and their crony supporters.

You cannot spend your way out of difficulty – otherwise you end up on the street.

Unless you are the fag boy – he has never had to work to do anything except write another cheque on his trust fund.

Canadians are getting what they deserve.

Lieberals are so consistent and predictable, they treat the economy just like gun control, the more it fails the more regulations/spending is required to fix it which in turn results in more failure and on and on. Sadly you can’t fix stupid, but you can vote it out!!!!!!!
commented 2016-09-07 19:17:29 -0400
Not to worry. The budget will balance itself. Talk about fiddling while Canada burns.

Jamie MacMaster i actually look forward to that day as well. When the useless suddenly realize that there is nothing left to take, they will be pretty lost. They will first try to enslave the rest of us , but then they will get hard lesson that that wimps cannot force strong people to do anything.

C’mon Brian, it’s not Trudeau’s fault.
It’s the global economy, the price of oil, Donald Trump, Brexit, lazy Canadians, dirty capitalists, etc. That’s why he’s taking so many vacations and modeling gigs, there’s really nothing he can do.
Relax Brian, the Liberals are just biding their time until all those things get straightened around, then you’ll see.
