Ezra's top 10 observations from tonight's leaders debate

Did you watch the foreign policy debate hosted by the Munk Centre tonight? It was pretty good — all three party leaders were on their game.

Oddly, the CBC refused to broadcast the debate — strange, given their public mandate, and the $1 billion in taxpayer funds they get each year.

Ezra watched the debate, and made a list of ten moments that caught his attention — from Thomas Mulcair’s witty barbs against Justin Trudeau; to Trudeau’s love-letter to his father; to Stephen Harper playing the grown-up on everything from the environment to Canada-U.S. relations.

If you honestly want more welfare immigrants ,and their grandparents clogging up the hospitals and want to abolish Christianity and want to pay a lot more taxes so that people that don’t work make the same income as YOU—- then vote for Mulcair or Justin. Just go on welfare and enjoy the ride. It is just a game.

Ezra, I enjoyed your comments as I have since I found you on Facebook.

Was Harper voted the statesman of the year in 2012 in New York. He is consistent at the debates he won

Ezra – not too shabby your analysis. I think you are spot on that our PM was the adult on stage. I found him thoughtful, calm and credible. And great idea to have presented the debate in this way. You guys rock. XX

Great observations as always Ezra!!

What a bunch of rude, false fact opposition clowns. Many Canadians are gullible enough to believe the drivel and wrong statements thrown around as truths. The young clown was the worst for grand-standing and interrupting.

Thanks Ezra for this great coverage! Puzzling that MSM wouldn’t broadcast the debate.

Why do you all even bother to watch the mainstream media biased reporting – you know it’s going to get you mad. Do like I do, boycott them – you can get all the info you need right here and if you follow on Facebook or Twitter, you can get all the info you need by following a couple dozen people. Great observations Ezra, thanks.

Just copy and paste this over and over, since there is zero objectivity on The Rebel.

Stephen Harper decimated Trudeau and Mulcair tonight – he is a God.

Well, I think Harper won this debate more so than the others.
Of course , how can you win a debate with 2 fools that can promise the wind will blow and the sun will shine ,once again once they are PM. Neither of them have ever done anything of consequence- except talk.
Harper has to defend himself against a dramatic ,well spoken fool and Socialist that will screw us ALL.
Anybody noticed the stock market lately ?

Justin Trudeau will be ready to be Prime Minister when my dog is ready to learn calculus….(well at least he should be ready by then). Trudeau lives in a world where warm mittens stop wars, and budgets balance themselves. Tommie the Commie would be a nightmare, and bring us to the brink of collapse through communism. PM Harper is our only choice, if we want to remain a free, financially viable, independent nation. The UN and their climate change scam is just another step along the way to Agenda 21, and world governance. We do not want that mess! Vote for a Strong Canada, with the Conservatives.

My favourite comment of the debate (by far)…. immediately after the debate, Tom was starting his photo op. Tom said “When I become Prime Minister…”. Apparently the microphone was left on, and a lady in the audience could be heard whispering.. “If that happens, I’ll kill you”.
commented 2015-09-28 22:48:30 -0400
Here’s a thought. Maybe the gas and electric companies should cut off JT’s and Mulcair’s homes and offices. Let them heat and power their homes and offices with wind and solar or whatever means they can dream up. I would bet by December they would have a whole new perspective on Canadian energy and pipelines.

“CBC….BIASED JOURNALISM AT IT’S BEST.”
Many people have been saying that for many years. Biased reporting, pathetic programs, an overall waste of tax dollars. It’s past time that the government cut off/removed all tax funding to CBC. Let it sink or swim on its own.

Trudeau is charismatic with both his looks and his manners. As long as you dont pay attention to what he is actually saying, he says it so well.

http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/canada-election-2015-munk-debates-foreign-policy-syria-refugees-1.3247665 Check out CBC… they showed the most heated exchange of the evening… It’s entitled… Harper, Trudeau battle over revoke citizenship and here’s the rub… THEY CUT OUT HARPER’S SLAM OF TRUDEAU… they start the clip at the applause of Harper’s slam which was powerful and only show Trudeau’s response. In fact they increased the volume on Trudeau. It’s unbelievable that they would cut out Harper’s slam. I am disgusted that CBC would edit this clip the way they did… CBC….BIASED JOURNALISM AT IT’S BEST.
