At the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, or OSCE — an annual meeting which lasts two weeks — Muslim delegates demanded criticism of Islam be criminalized.
The OSCE is an intergovernmental body which, like the EU and the UN at times, seems to have become an instrument for the destruction of classical liberalism and real human rights, and the implementation of cultural Marxism and Islamic sharia.
Last year, Major (Ret.) Stephen Coughlin of Unconstrained Analytics, exposed members of the panel, Canada included, who intended to make truth no longer a defense against "hate speech," that is, "Islamophobia."
This year, various Islamic delegates to the OSCE made even clearer demands that criticism of Islam must be a criminal offense. They also refused to define "Islamophobia."
In these videos, Stephen Coughlin points out the totalitarian nature of criminalizing thoughts and words which are "Islamophobic" without even defining it.
The side event at the OSCE to which Maj. Coughlin referred, can be seen below:
In fact, at this year's OSCE event, another thought crimes invention was advanced: "Message Crimes".
The most recent addition to the lexicon of leftist grievance is “message crime”, which popped up at this year’s OSCE/HDIM conference in Warsaw. According to the annotated agenda, message crimes constitute
…a rejection of the victim’s identity which can have a marginalizing effect on entire communities. Secondary victimization, where representatives from broader society deny or minimize the seriousness of the incident, can also reinforce and perpetuate this message.
There is no real attempt to define the new term, just a catchphrase-laden description. And consider the terms used to describe these “crimes”: “rejection”, “identity”, “marginalizing”, etc. That is, the characteristics of what is being anathematized are so vague as to make any judgment entirely subjective.
Many other freedom minded people also gave interventions at the OSCE on behalf of genuine liberalism. All of them are about two minutes long and all are worth seeing.

A related event, the Islamophobia summit, gives away a lot even in just the banner picture. The support for those who wish to criminalize criticism of Islam appears to be as much from communists as from Muslims themselves.
