MUST SEE: Old videos show Marco Rubio voting for gun ban, Ted Cruz opposing pathway to citizenship

StaffRebel Columnist

There's been a lot of talk about GOP candidates flip-flopping on issues and these two videos show while it's sometimes the case for certain candidates, others remain principled.

Recently, Ted Cruz called out Marco Rubio on banning guns from city parks when he served as commissioner in West Miami City in 1999.

Rubio disputed this claim. His campaign told reporters, “Senator Cruz is getting increasingly desperate and giving up on trying to tell voters the truth. Marco is proud of his strong support for and record of standing up for the Second Amendment and no amount of Cruz lies can change that.”

Yet, watch this video obtained by Breitbart.

It shows Rubio voting for the ban just as Ted Cruz had said.

In the second video, Ted Cruz takes a firm position on amnesty and the pathway to citizenship.

Not everyone flip-flops on issues.

On Super Tuesday, who do you think has a better chance at beating Donald Trump?

The GOP wants Rubio to win and that is why he has been an attack dog against Trump since the last debate. Rubio has the backing and support of Washington insiders.
All of the politicians in Washington on both sides hate Cruz plus he is a chronic liar.
Cruz will get a small majority win in Texas and Rubio may have some success in the smaller delegate areas and both will remain a distant second place.
Trump will win big overall, especially in places like Georgia and Texas with large amount of delegates.
Cruz is just about finished but will hang in there for another couple of weeks.
The GOP is desperate because Trump is threatening their inside deals with lobbyists and they are losing control plus they hate Trump.

I say Rubio is done.

Rubio was one of the leaders of the gang of eight, and Trump was funding it. It was Cruz who stood up to them and helped stop the gang of eight and their amnesty bill.

Who cares. After tonight, Trump will be formally in charge of the GOP.

Both these guys are pretty much done like a turkey with a fork in it, after today’s Super Tuesday.
