Skilled gamer and war historian Jackfrags has uploaded a video making a very good case for EA to include the battle of Vimy Ridge in their upcoming World War One video game.
Battlefield One will be one of very few games to ever take place during World War One, and the first in the Battlefield game series.
Jackfrags points out several aspects of the battle, including tactics used and how they could be implemented into the game. And it doesn't take very much effort to imagine this being executed either in a story mode or multiplayer map.

2017 will be the 100th Anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge. And what better way to educate younger generations than including the battle in this medium.
Of course, this wouldn't be the first game to include Vimy Ridge. Puzzle-based World War One side-scroller Valiant Hearts featured the battle.
Jackfrags plans on covering more World War One battles leading up to the game's release, so keep it locked to his channel.
