From New Coke to Trudeau junior, Millennials are loving awful retro throwbacks

David MenziesMission Specialist

New Coke was a marketing fiasco for the ages, but it's back on the shelves as part of a campaign for the hit Netflix series Stranger Things.

Stranger Things is set in the 1980s, and New Coke debuted in 1985, so the ostensible reason for this soda pop revival is that it will be part of the wider landscape of the hit series.

And it's been a wild consumer success.

So, is today’s Millennial-heavy consumer market driven by a sense of irony and self-deprecation when it comes to embracing uncool things from the past?

The Prince Clown and his Red Tent…………………..

Hyacinth, Trudeau wants our guns because he knows that they represent a personal danger to him. I must admit that I agree with him on this one, it is just a matter of who and when.

The Prince Clown and his Red Tent have nothing of any substance to offer potential voters since they legalized weed so it seems they are resorting to fear mongering yet again, Leftards truly are not original thinkers.

“If I were to sum up the message Trudeau is running on now it would go something like this: “Elect me ladies or you will all die from back alley abortions, that’s if a Nazi doesn’t shoot you first!”
That sums up Trudeau’s messages of trying to scare voters about Nazis, guns and a looming abortion ban just this week.”

Here’s a program of a vet who was imprisoned in N. Vietnam.
The ‘Socialism’ video Keith Barnes posted speaks of anger as being what causes the fight or flight response.
This vet speaks of how he had to ‘forgive’ because he knew he would never survive if he was ‘angry’.
Very moving.
Go to Jim and Joy (programs), May 29 and May 31 Captain Guy Gruter (each 1/2 hr long = or just watch the second half and he recaps his story)

Keith, share that link over and over again. Very informative, a must view.

Hyacinth, That is one of the best videos that I have seen, on the subject.
I think these guys have Face Book and Twitter pretty well covered but I can post it on Gab.

Looks like YOUTUBE might be shutting us down………

Glenn, that is Trudeau shutting The Rebel Down, using You Tube as a switch.
Everyone should send an email to Rebel Staff, giving permission to share their Email with other members. If they want to stay in touch re politics and so on. In fact Ezra could carry on by relaying our emails in one large message sent to all. He could even air his topics by email.

Trudeau is one retro retread who should end his days dramatically swinging on the hangman’s gallows for high treason.

I say we throw back the millenials…

I hope cassettes make a come-back. I love the way they can stop and start at the same point. They also can be reused. You can’t do that with CD-Rs and DVD-Rs. Those rewriteable sort aren’t all that stable either. And tapes can be retrieved from the machine if they get eaten. You just have to be careful as you remove the tape from the pinch roller. By the way, you can still buy cassettes from www.nationalaudiocompany.com but they’re going fast.
