New Christmas movie “The Star” is one of the best Biblical cartoons yet

Ben DaviesRebel Host | Rebel Reel Reviews

In a world where every movie, TV show, and cartoon seems to make some sort of political statement, nothing makes me more nervous than a new film about the Bible.

Affirm Films released the new film The Star nationwide on November 17.

Was this film about the birth of Jesus simply another empty holiday cash grab by Hollywood?

Will the details of this pivotal moment in civilization be watered down and altered?

Or is The Star the best Biblical cartoon yet?

Christopher Plummer: one of the ‘celebrity’ members of Dying With Dignity. Supports, promotes and uses his celebrity to endorse euthanasia and assisted suicide.
Oprah Winfrey: who uses a mixture of various religions, including Hinduism, to pray!

This is getting great reviews and EWTN, The World Over/Raymond Orroyo, interviewed the director and actors. It is just too bad the above named actors were cast for this movie. It’s just hard to separate their political views from their acting.

Prince of Egypt: Sandra Bullock is filming or going to start filming the movie about Margaret Sanger. She will be playing Sanger.

Otherwise, The Star looks like a terrific movie, not just for kids.

I was skeptical about this movie but it sounds like it might be worth checking out.
