SPECIAL! Jack Buckby looks back on his reports from London, Paris and Warsaw — and ahead to 2019

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Jack Buckby is our London based reporter. This year, along with covering news in the UK, he travelled to Paris to cover the "yellow vest" protests (and ended up getting tear gassed!) Thanks to him and Martina Markota, The Rebel Media was able to bring you the most gripping footage of those demonstrations you've seen.

Tonight he joins me for the full show, to talk about some of his other Rebel stories of this year, such as his JailAnjem.com campaign. We swap stories about terror sympathizer Anjem Choudary, who I interviewed years ago. I was so proud to see Jack deliver our petition to 10 Downing Street itself.

Jack also talks about his journalistic mission to Poland, to cover that nation's political landscape, and expose the lies the media tells about it. He was especially impressed by the young people he met there, who were so unapologetically proud of their country, and their faith.

Closer to home, Jack is of course covering the ongoing Brexit situation. Will there ever be a deal? (I look back at my story on the British Sandwich Association's fear mongering over Brexit.)

(Response to early comment) Some people on this site either don’t follow current events very effectively, OR if they do, they are fine with Poland’s 2018 revisionism, and probably anti-Semitic themselves.

Polish President Andrzej Duda signed a law – Holocaust Bill – on Feb 6, 2018, banning people from accusing Poland of Holocaust atrocities committed by the Nazis and from referring to concentration camps as “Polish death camps.” Anyone convicted under Polish law faces fines or (faced) up to three years in jail! (ALL FOR TELLING THE TRUTH)

Reluctantly Poland made a partial U-turn on Holocaust law – no more jail sentence, solely because of international outrage and economic pressure.

This revisionism speaks volumes about Poland and not worth anyone letting go. Apparently they haven’t changed in 70 years!

Why does Anjem Choudary have 24 hour police protection…………..

Josie, I think the Politicians are scared of Tommy and the large number of followers he has. You can bet that the 17.4 Billion people who voted to leave the EU, are all followers of Tommy Robinson. This is why the political elite became so worried when Tommy was joining UKIP.

Alberta Maga,
He just threatens his own community with violence instead.
“If you leave Islam…”

Why does Anjem Choudary have 24 hour police protection yet Tommy Robinson who loves his country does not? There have been credible death threats to him, his wife and children, yet a murderous Muslim gets around the clock protection and nothing for him. He needs a gun.

Karen Macleod Choudary does not have to hand out acid to brainwash the useful idiots of today, they are just naturally stupid.

Anjem is honest enough to clearly state the goals of the ideology of Islam. I guess that’s worth paying for his 2 bedroom flat and two meals a day. But I’d rather he rot in prison with his pal Omar. Perhaps they will both retire in the Caribbean and toast their great smites against the infidel.
Too bad they won’t get their 72.

Karen Macleod suggested, " you need to let this go. Not forget, but build a future around. "

Ugh. Wendy Lynn,
There were murderous anti-semetic nazi sympathisers in every country the Nazis took over or collaborated with. One survivor is not the voice of many survivors (though valuable) and frankly, you need to let this go. Not forget, but build a future around.

PLEASE BE critical of Poland, NOT for its stance on nationalism BUT for its revisionist view of itself as the saints of WW2. Poland was and is for the most part virulently anti-Semitic, perhaps as intolerant and hateful as radical Islam. I encourage everyone to read a short letter written by the last surviving member of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising (Simcha Rotem, who just died) where he rebukes the Polish president (Andrzej Duda) for his flawed ‘historical truth,’ writing that “many of your people took a very active part in the murder of Jews in the Holocaust.” https://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-5431852,00.html

Anjem Choudary, Charles Manson… What’s the difference? 😞
Seriously. IS THERE A DIFFERENCE?

My favourite video showed Jack reporting from in front of a building on which someone had written, “On affute la guillotine.”

Thanks for bringing us important news and trends that our fake news CBC/CNN/BBC/MSM won’t touch or won’t report truthfully.
Well done !

I love these interviews you’ve done, Ezra. How about making this an annual event? I’m sure your reporters will enjoy that. We enjoy knowing about them and their reporting as well.
