Trudeau takes weekly private jet vacations to Tofino — but Media Party blames climate change on ordinary Canadians

Rebel Staff

Did you hear about that $20 million party that Google threw for the world’s rich and famous the other day in Sicily?

All the fancy people were there: Katy Perry. Leonardo di Caprio. Prince Harry. So, the world’s deepest thinkers, really, it’s the same guest list from the Nobel Prize for Physics reception!

Rex Murphy did a great column about it. And the British tabloid press, naturally — they love stories about the royal family pretending to be woke.

Here’s Forbes — they love to track how the billionaires live.

But I couldn’t find anything about it on the CBC. I wonder why?

Maybe because they'd also have to report on the luxury lifestyle shown at all the global warming conferences, including at the U.N., where Justin Trudeau, and his jet-setting global warming minister, Catherine McKenna, are amongst the most profligate.

At least Google was spending its own money; Trudeau spent yours.

The government broadcaster isn’t very good at holding the government to account on behalf of the people. But maybe it can hold the people accountable on behalf of the government. Here's what CBC reports instead:

If you've thought it through, and you can't give up a particular trip, there are things you can still do to minimize the impact of your air travel on the environment.

Recently, Trudeau flew from Ottawa to Tofino, on Vancouver Island, and then back to Ottawa, and then back to Tofino, and then back to Ottawa, again and again. Not a peep from anyone in the Media Party, about either the environment or the cost.

So, back to the CBC’s advice.

Do you fly a couple of times a year? For a family event, like a wedding maybe? Maybe for a business trip? The average Canadian only flies rarely; it’s a luxury we save up for.

But the CBC is here to tell you: you’re the problem.

Air travel emits a lot of carbon, but there are ways to fly more responsibly

We’ve shown you the documents showing that the catering — that is, the food and wine — on Trudeau’s flights can often be $100,000 for a single flight. I don’t know how that’s even possible. Trudeau does. But he’s the CBC’s boss. So they don’t report that.

Instead, their advice is for you is:

Fly economy. Extra legroom comes at more than a financial cost — a first-class ticket can generate two to four times the emissions of an economy class ticket because packing more passengers in each plane increases efficiency.

Then pay a carbon tax. And pay money to an offset scam.

We all know it’s a scam. The CBC does too.

But they’re all in on it — which is why they’ve decided to make you the only ones who have to live a smaller, unhappier life...

After the election I don’t want to see Trudeau west of Hamilton ever again. BC is not his second home its his mother’s place of birth. Its nothing but a playground to him. He has no respect for the people except those in Lotus land. The north and Interior may as well not exist as far as he is concerned. We don’t to see him.
In the mean time I wonder if he is interested in finding out who cut the cables of the Gondola cars in Whistler that came crashing to the ground(empty thank God). It is being considered a crime scene, they figured some lovely person climbed up and cut the cable.

Elizabeth May was included in the debates last time and she had no seats. The Block is even included and they only run candidates in Quebec. The PPC has 310 candidates the liberals only have in the 200’s as many flee the party. The Liberals changed the rules to make good and damn sure that they could stifle Bernier, with Scheer’s blessing because they are afraid of him and rightly so. They also don’t include the PPC as an option in their polling calls either. Not to worry, where there’s a will there’s a way. They are depriving Canadians of a fair election process.

No Max at the debate
Big surprise there ! The fake news MSM won’t allow an opposing non sanitized non scripted non PC opinion of course on anything.
Better debates in Soviet Russia
You have 5 people spewing the exact same PC crap and meaningless platitudes and cliches.
More immigration and more refugees ! Yeah more population replacement ! Let’s spend more billions buying off votes with foreigners when Canadians can’t even find doctors and can’t afford homes in their own cities.
More homes and money laundering opportunities for Chi-Com organized crime now !
Let’s “enrich” our culture with the blessing of Islamofacism now !

- They will fly around the world on a whim, live in multiple homes in all the nicest places, eat in 5 star restaurants & do as they please. The little people, on the other hand, must travel less (if at all), get rid of that bar fridge & eat bugs. This is the hypocrisy of the globalist elite. They will be the aristocracy & we will be the serfs. The CBC? They won’t bite the hand that feeds them. They are more than happy to sell out the future serfs for a few crumbs from there betters.

- I’ll bet that none of those involved in that pathetic Toronto Star story have ever fired a gun. Their gun “expert” clearly got her info from Hollywood.

That’s impossible. You can’t spend $142 k on food in 10 days. This is unbelievable. Where is the money actually going?

Mc Kenna and Trudeau have a kinky thing going on? Perhaps they get it off by sucking each others big toes. They are both pretty good at sucking up tax payers money. Thinking about Trudeau is depressing, unless you are thinking about stomping on him.

Best thing I have herd from a politician in years…BoJo, Boris Johnson UK, over the weekend stated, If we pull down all those stupid wind turbines and plant crops in their place, then climate change will end with the additional CO2 and we will not have to spend a fortune on importing vegetables.

You see the subtle way Trudeau is having the media promote the Liberals for the election with this climate change agenda.
Canadians think the media is telling them what is important and not even equating it to his motive.
Naive Canadians don’t even recognize how he’s manipulating them to believe his lie.

Mohammad Trudeau and climate Barbie …. 2 of the most hypocritical scum on the planet
Trudeau is such a stupid trust fund baby moron that he probably doesn’t even know what the word hypocritical means.
What a joke Canada has become to have elected such swine

The Liberals (Butts) have masterfully created ‘the’ election issue: climate change.
The stupid Conservatives let them get away with it and are now looking stunned with their pants down.
The damage is done. There is no way to undo this ‘climate’ hyperbole and no other issue will equal it. Everyone paid by Trudeau is on board.
Maxime is the only one trying to correct this but the CPC and Liberals are laughing at him to encourage Canada to laugh at him.
Scheer should have backed up Maxime on this issue.

Justin Trudeau was born into a millionaire family so he is used to the life style of the rich and famous. He has no idea what it means to have to work for a living like most of us.

Lawful gun owners practice shooting so their better at killing people.

The illegal migrant kids are in camps and they’re quite concentrated, therefor it’s a concentration camp.

I’ve been on 3 flights. Don’t blame me. Yet I still can barely afford to pay for the unaccountable persons affluence. 4th place is too good for them in the next election

Trudeau and his ministers feel entitled to jet around on holiday because he sees himself as working tirelessly to usher in the new post nationalist Canada which he did not run on in the previous election and no one ever really asked him for in the first place. He was in Toronto today giving out millions to legal aid for migrants. he just could not resist the urge to criticize the Premier for cutting legal aid spending, but at the same time, he neglected to point out the Ontario spending has to be cut because of gross mismanagement by the previous Ontario Liberal Party, and he does say when he’s going to stop handing out money and start balancing his own books in Ottawa, either. If people can’t see through his bafflegab, I don’t know what will become of this country.

I think this was done before in France. The elites have everything and the little people scrounge. Then the Queen said let them eat cake and all hell broke loose. Maybe King Sock will say the wrong line and then hes gone. A wish but I doubt it will happen.

As Trudeau was talking my headache increased exponentially.

Every time he opens his mouth to speak I think of that saying, “It is better to stay silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.”

Maybe Justi has a bit of “strange stuff” in BC.!
Could that be why Sophie never comes with him?

It’s just like what C. S. Lews wrote in his book, The Majician’s Nephew. The rich and powerful figure they can’t possibly be held to ordinary laws. They take on the “burden” of rularship and work so hard. Consequently, they need to relax and travel. Ordinary morals, like not stealing or lying, don’t apply either since they have to break promises and confiscate money for the sake of the “people.” And of course we can’t possibly understand what it’s like to rule over millions of unruly citizens. How ungrateful we are, eh? I of course say that sarcastically, just in case some troll visits the site and thinks they have dirt on me.
